G
If you’ve applied for tickets, you might want to check those who you ordered for in case they’ve received the confirmation e-mail? I applied for ours, but my dad got the e-mail saying we’d been successful.

The system relies on the email addresses that were supplied on the google form by the person who applied for up to 4 tickets....
Dunoonkillie
Has every season ticket holder that applied received their email yet? I applied for 4 of us and we're all still waiting to receive our confirmation to allow us to actually purchase our tickets

Just seems a bit backwards that the person who organises the tickets doesn’t actually get notified of the successful application.

The form wasn't the best. It asked for an email address in two separate places so it was unclear whether the second email was for the 2nd person else why ask for it again.

Cammy
Everyone who applied was successful. Even if you don't have an email - if you applied on time with your ST reference number, there's a ticket for you to collect.

Knapster
What’s the deal with gate arrival times?? It’s got them on the Hibs page but nothing mentioned from the Killie page?
Knapster
Doesn’t give our turnstile numbers so I’m assuming we can just get in whenever gates are open
BluenwhiteARMY
Looking at arrival times for certain turnstiles but theres nothing for turnstiles 13-16. Can anyone help with this?
Graeme S
Hibs really havent covered themselves in glory with ticketing for this one. They issue e-tickets for home fans but paper tickets for away fans and even then pretty late on in the week. Similarly no clear advice on entry times but hey the t bars will be open.
