Popular Post stewarty66
As discussed on the Paying Our Respects thread. What are the thoughts on this? Davie scored the goal that made us champions of Scotland and also managed the club. Despite his failing health he was still a regular at Rugby Park where he sat in the Frank Beattie Stand a few rows in front of me. A club legend.

Popular Post Brian Niven
The Davie Sneddon stand for me. We can't go changing the name of our stand every time we win the top league.

Wrangodog
I would be in favour of that. A sentimental part of me would have liked it to be named after Jackie McGrory, the two stalwarts of our great sixties sides looking out over the ground that they graced in their playing days.

Popular Post jam1869
As much a legend Davie is, he has the flat's named after him. The 1965 stand for me, maybe name each kiosk after a player?

Popular Post Killiekranky
Surely the Derek McDicken stand, as you can't turn in any direction without taking a sore one on the shins .

Seriously though, a bit of art next to a teabar, and it being named after players from the 300+ club. Alan Robertson, Super Gus, Bully etc. Is a cracking idea.
Nutzkillie
After thinking about it, the 1965 stand is probably better as all the players that season are legends, what could be done is name the standing section after Sneddon, or another part of the ground. It would be good to remember the nearly men, although there would be an almighty stooshie to decide who to include.

Iainwhitton
Could you wrap the seats so it spells the names of the players vertically down the stands.

Bbk
And without Bobby Fergusons great save late in the game both the goals wouldn't have mattered it was definitely a team effort that won the league so I'll go for the 65 stand to honour all of them!
