It was right at him. Defence gave him the space but the goalkeeper should still be saving that

What's to explain?  He got two hands to the ball and didn't keep it out so he could've done better despite the absence of Naismith and McGowan.

If any of our previous 4 keepers let in that goal you'd be screaming about it being a mistake.
