Lorielus Posted March 1, 2025 Report Posted March 1, 2025 I thought Wales and Cameron were reasonable when they came on. That's about all I've got. 1
Dillinger Posted March 1, 2025 Report Posted March 1, 2025 Wright. At the moment the only one who consistently shows up.

bgb02burns Posted March 2, 2025 Report Posted March 2, 2025 Em so who was least bad. Possibly is a Lyons and Wright contest, not that they were good. Want to pick Wright but the defending … Watson and Anderson showed why they not starting so maybe clamoring blindly for them might stop. Not that Bruce much good with random punts vaguely in his direction. -2

McInnes would have been better off playing Cameron as a start although even his neck would have been a bit stiff with all those high balls.

As I said I think he is best with Cameron. Probably should have started them together and at least there would have been second balls to fight for. Marley is just too slow to get in front of the defender and be ready to challenge. He almost tries to do too much pressing and then not in a possitiin to challenge for a ball, that to be fair is frequently a random hoof. Vassell and Cameron at least give defenders a target to hit and cause the defenders concern. Watkins just not doing it as an out ball so either got to put big Inness there or stop hoofing it forward so much. We are so much better if we can press but we frequently sit off and let the other team into the game and give them cheap possession. What is really annoying is a few tweaks and we could be much more effective. Sometimes think DM does not even want feedback from his own team at times, never mind anyone else.
