I wonder if shes still hot? Just finished watching the first series...surprised me by being so good. Subtle and funny (the queue here sign on the open day ), found it very addictive. Hoping season 2 will be on Netflix soon

Prison scenes are very uncomfortable to watch i didn't realise this was a US remake of an old UK series
billdescot
I've just finished season 3 of The Americans which falls into my really good but not great category There is great acting, strong storylines, with lots of twists and action but some implausible themes as well which prevent it being great Well worth a view and easy to watch

Didn't see this when it originally aired, should be an enjoyable watch.

Mister Y
Just finished watching Goliath on amazon prime. excellent series with Billy Bob Thornton at his usual best. Recommended!
All the Wine
Thought westworld was tremendous. Anthony Hopkins was brilliant in it. Watching that straight after walking dead shows the massive gulf between the shows.
Blackislekillie
Watched In Plain Sight last night. Martin Compston is superb as Peter Manuel and Douglas Henshall is brilliantly restrained as the police officer. You can feel his frustration and anxiety through his facial expression and body language alone.
mathematics
Westworld was very good. Wasn't at all impressed by In Plain Sight.

bKb
Just finished series 3 of both Fargo and BCS. Fargo was OK but not as good as 1+2 imo but BCS get better every series, integrating the BB stories more and more now. another long long wait.

bKb
I stuck it out with Fargo 3 as I had invested time in it but only to find out how it ended they wont top Billy Bob in a while, and McGregor etc were nowhere near as good as Tolman, Freeman, or the cast from season 1 or 2. they are going to need a big name to save this now imo. started watching Master Of None on Netflix now, I find it hilarious (others may not) and incredibly thought provoking, there's a whole lot of thinking time has went into this and is the work of Aziz Ansari. Written, directed, starring, wrote the theme tune etc. Nice short episodes obviously stripped bare of filler and not unlike Curb in many ways. Curb is back in October canny wait. thinking of starting Game Of Thrones?? Is it like a never ending Lord Of The Rings? jasper
Find a better performance in any TV series than that of Sarah Lancashire in "Happy Valley". I have never seen an actor so totally inhabit a rôle. The woman is a genius, though the series tends to top up the miserabilism a bit much for me and is short on jokes.

Scooter
Game Of Thrones is getting pretty 'incendiary', if you get ma drift... ...and still no qualms about getting rid of its bigger characters. This weeks ep.4 of series 7 was outstanding.

Either the 'continent' has got smaller or they have invented teleportation on Westeros. Time to end it, I'm afraid.
