skygod
Putting it somewhere else would maybe have taken a lot more seats - or the press box - out by blocking the view. Plus proximity to the Park Suite for kitchens? Edited July 30, 2018 by skygod
Riccarton Bluebell
When the East Stand was built it was done in such a way that boxes could be added to the back of it,along the same lines as the press box. No capacity would be lost and indeed the boxes would have increased the capacity. Maybe the present directors were unaware of this.

I wouldn't fancy adding anything to that stand given the level of rust at the back of the stand!

Suspect given the need for kitchen and bar facilities this would have been more costly. Also agree with SH. The stand needs extensive rust treatment which would need to be done first.
Killie alan
It’s an accident waiting to happen the east stand roof needs repairing. The whole stand is falling to bits. The seats need sorted as well.
Mojike and Bod
If it is almost complete hopefully the club going to communicate pricing for this facility. A day out inside the box later in the season would be decent

Souleycouley93
Does look class to be fair. Is this for fans hospitality or will they remain in the park suite. Will that be more corporate entertainment in this area?

Trojan76
Is it going be open for anyone to book? Be Kind weird eating your dinner while the stands fill up with punters. Could be good thing to hire out during week for special events, I know the Rangers ones are popular for that
Fudger
Put a few of these up and it could be an answer to reducing our over capacity and making the atmosphere at RP better. It pains me to say that as I would rather we used up our capacity with more of our own fans but I don't think that will happen anytime soon.
