This is the worst Killie team I ever remember seeing. That performance today was worse than the teams at Gretna and Stranraer. If McCulloch is still in a job by the time I finish this sentence I'll be even more pissed off

5 goals in 8 games bottom of the table, if he's got any self respect he'll call it a day now and give someone else an opportunity to fix the catastrophic mess he's made of it

and if he doesn't then those in charge need to deal with it now

Any decent manager should make it a condition that they get the pitch ripped up at the first opportunity.

Bowie can lay it in his garden.

Our dreadful form has nothing to do with the pitch.  Every other team finds it easy to play on.

Ah, but every other team doesn't carry the subconscious negativity of having to play on it every other week....

A proper, experienced manager should want it replaced.

subconscious negativity - that's the problem.  Just get a shrink in to fix that.

Never wanted him as manager, knew we needed experience, old pals act signings, part of a previous pitiful management team, reluctant to take the job anyway....the only people more clueless than McCulloch are the Board!

It's the norm to lose now. It's a rarity for any good news coming out of Rugby Park. Let's hope that tonight, that :3:changes and we ALL hear what we want to hear....although I wouldn't bet on it

Yes, while the quality of playing staff is a concern, what is more worrying is the nature of the performances.  You could see that the players were a bit more fired up coming on to the pitch for the second half.  One has to question why they weren't fired up from the first minute.

Very, very naive team this year and McCulloch appears to completely lack any tactical awareness.  If we're going to punt the ball to Erwin, that's absolutely fine, but it's entirely obvious that there needs to be someone next to him.  Just look at Gardyne sniffing about between midfield and attack, picking up the scraps- Jordan Jones or Dom Thomas in there would have done a decent job.

However, the MOST worrying thing was that as County started to dominate, they got their goal and then immediately went about their business again, controlling the game and holding on to the ball.  THAT was the point that a substitution should have been made.  Alas, McCulloch thought he'd see where we were at half time.  Unfortunately for us, we lost a crappy second.

McCulloch may do a decent job somewhere as assistant manager.  However, he should lose his job as Killie manager TONIGHT.  Get someone else in, someone with experience of improving players, and let's start again in a fortnight.

I guess it's as simple as keep and we can go down or we can get rid and give ourselves a chance to stay up. We have been riding our luck for years. I think the Ayr game was pretty telling and we have supposed to have strengthened since then and it only got worse!

If McCulloch has any respect for the fans he will leave now and this time don’t just appoint the assistant manager just because he is the easiest candidate. We need someone who has passion for the club and can pass that passion onto the players

We are in a very very bad place now, hard run of games coming up after the international break, this is the time to sack him and his staff, get someone new in to work with the players during the break!
