Who ever is appointed manager the fans need to go back and support our team Kilmarnock as a town has lost so much over the years they don’t need to lose there football team 3000 fans in a 19000 stadium with no atmosphere it’s poor  when killie get to a cup finale they took 20 to 25000 fans so the fans are there

Agree wholeheartedly with you mate but Kilmarnock has lost so many factories over the years and a lot of fans due to unemployment.

Agreed.

Jose, old chum. You have a youth team with over 80 players, how about giving us three on loan for six months and some first team football?

Can’t see many managers saying no to that to be honest.

Especially if the person who was asking was on your coaching staff or was in your team when you first won the champions league? That might help.

Regarding all the talk about Steve Clarke  - is there any evidence that he has even applied? A previous post named who had been interviewed and he wasn't on the list. Is it all just wishful thinking?

heard from a person who works in at the Killie gym today the office where the interviews are getting held is directly above the gym, Stubbs, Jimmy Mac, Jorge Costa, Mixu, Gary Holt have all been interviewed and from the sounds of it Jorge Costa is very much in the running for the job

Its all very well & good saying this or that won't do, but we need to sell the club to them as well as them impressing us, surely it cant be creating a great impression for any potential candidate, walking into a building for an interview with half the signage missing.....

During Mixus disastrous spell with Dundee Utd he still had a better win record than our last three managers. It wasn't good in anyone's eyes but that's the low point of his managerial career and still better than what we've been used to.

Perhaps my concern is on the face of it they had more cash to throw at problems than we do at the moment. Should someone decide to invest that may change

Would rather have someone in till the end of the season who knows Scottish football and the teams and how to grind out results. Give him till the end of the season and if we stay up offer him a decent contract. No doubting Clarke, costa etc big names but do they know the league well enough? Scottish football is an entity of its own. This is no time for taking chances
