In all honesty, I'd be surprised if we manage to clinch a deal with him, especially re wages...would eclipse the surprise I felt when Clarke became boss. But aye, he'd be a good signing imo who'd bring a wealth of valuable experience. Hope Clarke plays his cards right providing he is seriously interested in signing him. Not sure if I'd be surprised, doesn't need the money and doesn't have a current contract. Short term deal could be beneficial all round.

I would expect SC to have something like this up his sleeve because it seems strange to bring a guy up here just for fitness.
casual observer
Hopefully in the last 4 years he’s practised hitting a ball a lot harder than he managed against Gary O’Neil, that was powder puff! Interesting times. Some might even feel there’s an air of positivity blowing..........
MarkD1989KTID
Would be a great signing if he can get fit. only worry is a bigger club come in for him . . . Like Falkirk

That's what I thought but just had a discussion about him with my West Brom supporting boss who says he's more attacking than holding/defensive midfield. Was a bit of a fan favourite at the Baggies and he had nothing but positive things to say about him. Moist.
Gaz of the 20/20
With Clarke in charge I feel it will be very much a case of him having to show he’s a good fit for the club rather than us trying to sell the club to him. i can’t imagine Steve Clarke phoning him every day begging him to sign for us the way Gary Locke did with...eh... Ryan Stevenson.

They've got another thing in common. None of them were managed by Steve Clarke at the time. If he can get Broadfoot, O' Donnell, Power playing well, I'm sure he would get Mulumbu up to speed.

stewarty66
Surely a song about Jordan Jones to the tune of Janie Jones by The Clash is long overdue?

A few poor outings early season and then couldn’t get near the team despite it being an utter shambles. We should take the positives that he has turned it around and doesn’t look like another of those who will be bombed out at the first opportunity like so many in the past.

Looks to be an asset now. I had written him off after a few miserable displays for first team and devpt team. Looks a different player now.
