Seemed to want to go back/sideways rather than forward a lot of the times but hopefully his goal will give him the boost to kick on. Certainly seems capable at playing well at our level That’s not a lack of confidence, it’s keeping the ball, or “recycling” as it’s called now

I heard a lot of impatient shouts from fans today when the playetrs were doing the sensible thing and keeping the ball. 3 or 4 sideways passes and retaining ball is better than a forward one to nobody which just loses possession.

Mojike and Bod
Professional job well done. Into the hat and onto Tuesday night. Hopefully Mulumbu will be ok after taking a wee knock. Tshibola looks like he will be a decent signing once he gets his match fitness up. Kiltie was good and will have a big part to play for the remaining games. Brophy was excellent when he came on. Bring on the next round!
PrestersKtid
Thought he looked nervy to begin with, caught in possession and a few misplaced passes but once he scored he was great. Tackling and picking his passes well. Probably needs games to get sharper
Bigdee
I thought he looked better after mulumbu went of. He seemed to have a bit more room to move about with more forward passes. Will need to keep working on his concentration though

DuncanEwart
There was a lot of negativity about Tshibola from fans around me today, which I found quite surprising as I don't think any of us have seen enough of the guy yet to right him off as "lazy, slow, disinterested and with poor body language" as some people were. As for the use of the N word- words fail me.

Edit: in fact, if you didn't do anything about it then, it's not too late. Could you identify the person? charlie1
I felt for the 1st ten minutes or so he was like a rabbit in the headlights, he then settled and IMO had a steady if not setting the heather on fire game. Plenty more to come .
Caldow
It was probably one of the Alf Garnett brigade. Not making excuses - just the way it is. Moaning old c**ts next to me after about 15 minutes. Auld bastards.

Thebigguy68
Fine line between cultured and lazy style. I’d go with the former for now. Played 90 mins and scored on debut. Given his aborted loan with mk dons and lack of action at villa, he’d naturally be short on confidence. Killie faithful have a role to play in helping him rebuild confidence. Could be a gem if polished right. As for the Neanderthal shouting the abuse in his direction - should be a police matter. Those days are thankfully over.
KillieBus
Don't get anyone who doesn't see a proper player in him. Waiting and looking for a positive play, does not equal slow play. And I have to confess that I'm pretty much non-pc as a rule, but that's way beyond it if someone did use that word. No reaction from anyone around the person that said it? Really hope it was mis-heard.
SM21
To be fair to him as the gamewent on today he really grew into it. In the last 20 minutes he was everywhere. Also has the ability to hit a cracking pass. Became alot better when more of the play started to go through him and he could dictate the play more.

killieboy
One game v a team from a tiny village up north and he’s not good enough for some? If Sir Steve has faith in him that’s good enough for me!
Garvis
I’m gobsmacked anyone is questioning his ability? He can see a pass he can create space for himself he’s good at closing down and by f##k can he put in a tackle I couldn’t care less if he was black, white, yellow, red, blue he’ll do for me welcome to the killie family big fella.
