That was never a penalty, went down like a sack o spuds

Looked like a pen on the replay. Poor from Mulumbu, lost the ball then made the foul.

Daft challenge from Mulumbu but Lafferty was begging to go down.

Even in our recent carnation I've never seen us as the Harlem Globetrotters but Levein would get football stopped. What a complete s**tfest of a second half.

We'll take the point and be glad of it but how anyone can slag our pitch while allowing football to be played on that shambles of a park is beyond me.

Findlay definitely helped us push up in the second half, although given their strikeforce was about 110 it wasn't a surprise.

Very very good point......gives us a solid base for the next run of winnable league games.

safe journey home for the away fans

hopefully there is is not too many injury concerns for the cup game

Terrible game but would've been delighted with a point even before the missed pen given how little threat we posed.

I see Naismith is still a moaning faced wee fanny, quite glad we didn't sign him tbh. The best of a bad bunch for hearts.

It was a poor decision from Mulumbu but I felt Lafferty went down far too easy. He was looking for it from the off.

Point probably a fair result overall. Both teams had spells in the game on top. Thought Taylor was excellent again. The frustrating JJ turned up tonight, too often not lifting his head and going for the wrong option. Good save by MacDonald for the penalty which was a dive by the cheating barsteward Lafferty.

Better team second half with a couple of chances. Penalty was caused by slackness from Mulumbu then his urgency to try and win the ball back fouls Lafferty. Big lump got up and Sir Jamie saves the day. No points would’ve been very harsh on us. Another good point on the road and another game without defeat. Onwards to the next!

In certain peoples opinion Jamie MacDonald doesn't have any ability??? Penalty saves at ipox and now tynecastle may just shoot that down in flames well done Jamie great point in the circumstances!

He has his limitations but he also has the ability to save us points and win us games, as he seems to have done tonight.

Swings and roundabouts over a season, but he wins us more than he costs imho.

Take a point and it leaves us in a great position with the games in hand.

Spot on win both and go above the hoofball merchants

Saving penalties doesn't make you a good goalkeeper. Jamie is a very good shot stopper, maybe the best in the league, but he is far from the best overall we could have. I'll support him as long as he is with us though

They sit 2points ahead of us at the moment. Beat St Johnstone and we go above them. Winning the Accies game could open up a nice gap. We’ve also got County in the middle of that where Hearts have a tough away game at Hibs.
