Strange timing ......and given the statements by the chairman when he was appointed ...there must be other issues other than poor results..

Was a line in the Ross Co statement about issues with his family living in England

TBH will not be too sad to see them relegated ......

That's County relegated then. Serves McGregor right for sacking McIntyre after a few bad results despite saving them from relegation and winning them a cup. Might even see the end of County's days in the top flight.

WAS there not a quote from the daily Ranger about the balance of power going from the west coast clubs like ourselves st mirren to the highland clubs looks short lived

That’s got to be an appealing job for someone. Five adrift of Accies and have to play them once before and once after the split. Three behind Partick who they are due to play on Saturday.

If they go down a new manager probably wouldn’t get a lot of the blame. If they stay up there will be plenty of praise.

Wonder if they will offer McIntyre a return?

Coyle not happy with Michael Gardyne's onanistic antics apparently:

"Coyle...was understood to be unhappy at the recent controversy over a filmed dressing room incident involving Michael Gardyne".

Coyle is a devout Catholic, who will be utterly appalled by the rank rotten Michael Gardyne.

"Raised in the shadow of Celtic Park in Glasgow, he is a practising Catholic who rarely swears, never drinks, and for whom Mass on Sunday is as much part of the routine of life as football on Saturday. In the coming months, there could be clashes between the old religion and the new religion that is football."

Coyle was happy he had his excuse to sneak out the back door with what is left of his reputation as a football manager.

'when I heard he was chuggin in the dressing room I was delighted. I already had the resignation letter written, I just needed the excuse. Cheers Micheal, ya durty bastard ye'

Gardyne slagging off Owen Coyle now:

Michael Gardyne last night savaged Owen’s Coyle catastrophic “cakes and Irn-Bru” management stint as Ross County’s six-year top-flight spell came to a crashing end.

He said: “The first sacking of Jim McIntyre was maybe a bit unfair then Coyle came in. Hopeless.

“It was all right for a couple of games and then we didn’t work on enough things to prepare for games.

We were training for cakes and Irn-Bru every day when we needed to be preparing for big games in the Premiership.

Gardyne obviously more of a soggy biscuits type of guy.
