Carlos Delacruz, 35, pretended to have sex with the women using an unknown instrument while he was in a relationship with them. The victims, who cannot be named, complained of “extreme pain” during intercourse with Delacruz and suffered from thrush afterwards. Delacruz, of Banknock, near Falkirk, refused to allow his lovers to see him naked and performed in bed with the lights out. He admitted penetrating them with an unspecified object without consent. “The accused was in a relationship with one of the women between May 2013 and January 2016,” Kirsten Cockburn, for the prosecution, told Edinburgh sheriff court. “She believed she was being penetrated by his penis. Zorro Posted July 27, 2018 Report Share Posted July 27, 2018 (edited) There was a similar case three or four years ago, with a female convicted of sexual assault, on her female partner, after pretending she was a man; fooling her by using a “sexual prosthetic”.
