Trumpetree
Anyone have Kenny Miller in the sweep as first managerial casualty? https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/3089660/kenny-miller-quits-livingston/

Nobody
Interesting development. Don't know if you saw Football Focus yesterday but they interviewed him and then cut to Paul Ince who basically said Miller was the last person he'd have expected to go into management...
Candygram for mongo
Braking news on BBC website....Miller could be moved on from Livingston.
historyman
I think he has let them down. He must have known what he was getting when he took the job. To resign already is pretty poor

piffer
Twitter awash with rumours he’s not impressed both on and off field. What chance of Hopkin returning
Wrangodog
Was it a macrimonius departure or just pasta his sell by date ?

piffer
Gordon Parks claiming there was a probation period where he could be sacked without compensation. That expires on August 31st. Doubts about him being able to carry out his dual role. I have to say I didn’t see him in much communication with his bench last week. Really felt as if they were running the show and he was just another player. Is the assistant manager not also in the director of football role.

Could learn management from SSC. One guy who looks after himself. -

historyman
Surprised at this. I initially thought that he had decided to leave but it looks like they have got rid. Surely it's a bit early for that? If you exclude the LC section then there have been only three games - lost to Tic, drew with Killie and lost 1-0 to Well. Hardly a disasterous start.

Trumpetree
A tenure that short is bound to produce a few red faces at Livvy. And one less big orange face...
Scouser2
did say when they won the play off --- that they might rue fact they got promotion ---Livingston as a club seem totally unprepared for the step up lost 2 managers now . fair few players ... only got a new pitch in place days before the first home game -- the excuse as to how Miller has left is bizarre given fact he was signed as a player / manager
piffer
Tam McManus was quite vocal in saying things are not how the club is portraying it today.
Nobody
I do not think the money aspects of the club will be in apple pie order, or indeed tiramisu order, given some of the characters involved.
LH31
It was rumoured that the power had been cut to the stadium (again) and the lights switched back on literally 15 mins before a game in the Betfred a few weeks back. Seems like lessons havent been learnt from previous experience. Edited August 21, 2018 by LH31 -

Before we played Livingston the subject of David Martindale came up in the car. Totally fascinating, it does sound like Livingston are probably entirely corrupt and are making Rangers look like a well run legitimate business.
