Is it normal for the fourth official to get so involved in decisions?

It was said the week before Collum pretty much ignores the linesmen and makes his own decisions so not much chance of him listening to the fourth official.

In this case the 4th official was our old friend John Cheatin' Beaton. He was shouting "foul! foul! foul!" not because he is the 4th official but because he is a SevCo fan watching an old firm game.

Not sure if its got a thread of its own somewhere else, but have you seen the disallowed Partick Thistle goal yesterday. Mottram's ghost at play I think. Doolan scores a perfectly good goal, net ripples ball bounces down about a yard over the line, Thistle players celebrate, a Morton player boots the ball away in disgust, match officials head for centre circle then linesman stops and waves his flag. After 5 mins deliberation the result is a throw-in...to Morton! f**king shambolic a disgrace to themselves these clowns should never be let near another football match but hey it's only two diddy teams so it doesn't matter eh?

Clancy should be relegated to the Juniors for not sending Djoum off. When it’s compared to GD’s red card the week before it’s laughable. For situations like that and McGregor’s the authorities should still be retrospectively acting on the evidence everyone can see. If refs are incompetent the guilty should not escape as a result!

Clancy will still be hurting from the last time he sent someone off...

If Collum had seen McGregor,s foul yesterday. Did he bottle it because he would have had to have awarded a penalty and sent off McGregor.

He appeared to be looking in that direction ... the ball was cleared up the pitch and his head was turned facing the goal.

I was at the Troon vs Hurlford game on Saturday. Considering how poor the top flight referees are they are a million times better than those in the juniors. They are scarily bad. Lost count of the amount of wrong calls he made. Not just little mistakes there were a number of huge calls he got wrong.

If he’s included it in his report does that mean McGregor can’t be pulled up?

Correct which makes the Dicker situation even more angersome.

Open for all to see, one set of rules for the old filth and one for the rest of us. (Note this may not include hearts who seem to be allowed to commit assault with impunity).

Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack has called for Old Firm referee Willie Collum to be demoted by his SFA bosses. (Daily Record)

Yeah, because if he'd done his job properly Celtic would have had a penalty and you would have finished the game with 10 men.

Regardless of his twisted view on Collum's performance...referees should have consequences for consistently poor performances

What's happening with the SFA...it's now completely acceptable to kick someone violently and deliberately off the ball??

it's almost as if it's the same team that keeps getting these decisions

oh wait...

It’s worrying the number of cases of violent conduct and dangerous play that have gone unpunished or been dealt with by lenient punishment. What’s more worrying is the fact review panels are not acting.

If things continue are we going to see someone’s career ended when action now sets the market rather than let players push the boundaries.

They set the tone by allowing Morelos off with his intentional kick and we've now had 3 incidents of this only 4 weekends into the season. The SFA have made complete fools of themselves. Meanwhile, we have Gary Dicker sitting in the stands for a fair challenge. If it's off the ball then anything goes seems to be the order of the day for the SFA.

When is someone going to take this organisation on? They are a shambles, top to bottom.

Sorry never going to happen. They bow down to the twisted sisters at every turn.

I see R Jack is saying he could have had a head or neck injury which could have been dangerous. I Dont believe that it was a GRASS pitch you dont get injured on grass pitches only plastic .
