I don't see why he would have to be. That's the problem with the whole system at the moment, apportioning blame and demoting refs for the next game obviously means they'll be on the defensive and never own up to a mistake. The focus should be on coming to the right decision.

We move on to the right decision without affecting the official unless of course there's a pattern of multiple errors over a period of time in which case additional training and some time out the limelight can be given.
Prahakillie
Kenny Miller appeal dismissed. Didn't see that one so don't know if justified or not.

Was a definite red. Even if it had been downgraded it would still have been a 2nd yellow.

casual observer
They’ve made a rod for their own back now and basically don’t expect referees decisions to be overturned (unless there’s an OF appeal in place).
killie billies pal
The suits don’t give a monkeys though, they are hidden, protected, whereas the refs who have probably been following their instructions to the letter are out there getting pelters, with that in mind it’s no surprise that they are getting a good bit wrong tbh

Killie1970
As honest as ever. Not just pointing out the games that went against us but also the game that went for us. Also pinpointing what we've known for years...not everyone involved in Scottish football are pulling together. Class!
Loudoun Killie
Completely trust SSCs judgement, but this could become an unwelcome distraction which we have no hope of gaining anything from. Feels like this is Killie fighting the good fight on behalf all the other teams (those who shall not be named excluded.....). Where is McInnes and co now, all gone quiet. The SFA irritate me massively but at some point we need to let this slide....... -

That’s the attitude that has allowed these f**kers to do whatever they want. We cannot let this slide, almost complete unity in the press, pundits, fans and clubs on our side here. Back down and we’re f**ked.

skyhigh
How can you start talking about VAR when you don't even have full time referees? Get them full time and get them accountable for being s**te.

stumack
SFA site says the principal hearing date is 25th October but i've no idea if that's been negated somehow by what's gone on before.
