Gers Match Fred

Mulumbu isn’t match fit. Simple as that. He may have been featuring for Celtics reserves but that doesn’t have him at the level required for the games we’ve had in the last two weeks. He had a decent introduction vs Dundee. He did a job in the cup tie. Missing the weekend was never going to be ideal. We probably won’t see the best of him until Motherwell or possibly after that.

Just saw the result and it looks like the SSC magic is totally gone. Back to regular 5 goal humiliations in Glasgow. Two wins this year and I cant remember the last game we actually scored.

Are you honestly for real? I thought you were getting better but you're clearly off your meds.

Don’t think that tells the story of the game. Do you think we’d have lost by 5 goals if we’d got an early penalty, hadn’t had our keeper sent off in the first half, hadn’t lost one of our 2 fit central defenders to injury and they had Candeias sent off for a bad foul on GT?

You might want to have a wee look at what happened rather than just the score How can you possibly levy that criticism at the manager - joke of a comment.

Well that was a f**kn waste of money and time. Shouldve just stayed at f**kn home.

How are u meant to compete when refs are as incompetent as that. Absolute stonewall penalty. Score that and its a different game. Guarantee if that was a gers player it would've been given.

Then a joke of a red card.

Didn't help Taylor looked nackered at kick off, the lad needs rest as do a few of them. Clearly the Celtic game took a lot out of them and it showed.

I was looking forward to the game but absolutely ruined way piss poor refereeing.

Dreading work the mora listen to the hun bastards go on about how amazing they were. Aye against 10 men. Picks.

Absolutely nothing to do with Steve Clarke whatsoever tonight. He picked the best starting XI available, and had them in the shape and formation which served us so well last season.....1 minute into the game we should have been given the chance to go 1 up...that happens totally different match. The Bachmann sending off is honestly so ridiculous its not worth commenting on.

Steve Clarke has now been in charge for nearly 70 games....in those we have lost to the OF 5 times out of 15 matches. What other club has a record like that?

He remains by an embarrassing distance the best manager in Scotland, and probably in the top 5 in the UK. IF we had a game up here which allowed a level playing field we would have every opportunity with Clarke as our manager to challenge regularly not only for the Cups, but also the League.

However, when Rangers are under pressure and need a result to keep their season going, or Celtic need a late winner to secure the title again, we have anything but a level playing field.

Well said. I think 99.9999% of Scottish football, not just Killie fans, realise that Steve Clarke is outstanding and we are lucky to have him.
