The 3 old filth games coming so quick together have taken thier toll. And who could blame him. They can give it the big one as much as they like but Clarke has intellectually clamped them. They aren't clever enough to see it. Clarke is a leader who challenges the establishment and the authorities to seek fairness. I will tell you now I have seen us lose 5-0 tonight but I have never been prouder to be a Killie fan. Seeing young boys spending 90 mins trying to make slashing gestures and signing about fighting the IRA i know for a fact that they will never amount to anything. They will be taking their brainwashed knuckledragging kids with them in years to come. We are trailblazing the injustice and sectarian behaviour that is quite clearly on display. Clarke is my favourite manager ever and he will always be held in the highest regard by me. His passion for our club and the desire to strive for an equal playing field is an inspiration to all who don't have the bravery. Personally if charged I think the fans should club together and pay his £1000 fine as a gesture. I moved abroad to work and came back home and it is only when you move away from The West of Scotland that you see what a cesspit it is. One of the saddest aspects of the carnage Martin Canning inflicted was seeing some young kids who I thought were Accies diehards disappear to both Old Firm clubs after being unable to handle constant defeats. Weak minds and weak hearts take the easy option to support the Old Firm and all of us whether Killie,Accies,Morton etc are fighting with one hand behind our back in trying to attract fans. On show after show you hear pundits and the like mention how its great for the game here to have managers of the caliber of Steve Clarke in Scotland - I wonder how many will decry the reasons for his inevitable departure? This will be the hot topic for the next 48hrs, and then will be swiftly forgotten about in the media, whilst its us who will inevitably be deprived of the greatest manager we've had in decades because of external factors. It's sickening. I had thought that when SSC left Alex Dyer would be the man to step up and carry on his work, but after tonight and the last few weeks it wouldn't surprise me if he's just had enough too. A s**te state of affairs all round, and I doubt many (if any at all) would hold it against our management team for taking the first even remotely appealing job on offer down south. What we have achieved so far has outsripped expectation to say the least. We are comng off the back of a punishing run of high profile contentious games. Could it be that the frustration from SSC needed venting? We have some winnable games coming up. His attitude - given what he is capable of can surely galvanize us...... I agree fully with his comments on the WoS and am glad my kids are growing up far from there. Livi are next, and I am sure that's where SSC will have the team focusing. He was brave with his statement and should be applauded for speaking about the elephant in the stands. Rather than look into the sectarian abuse some journos are retweeting articles where SSC said there was no approach from Rangers.
