OF DREGS ON THE PARK AGAIN

Nobody

If away end restricted there will just be more in home end. Only way is for the other ten clubs to ban them and put a lot of resources into registering their own fans. Have they got the bottle and deep enough pockets to do this? Will be awkward too for the likes of me who can only get up occasionally but folk are gonna get killed if this goes on.

Give them the minimum allocation available next time, after today if we have to justify ourselves then our press are showing themselves up for the scum they are. Then, to rub salt in their bigoted wounds slash prices for others in an attempt to increase the crowd. (minimum allocation and take up must be passed by the other diddies of course)

We aren’t allowed to ban them totally

some media and rangers fans saying we should be fined for not controlling their fans and the safety of the disabled section wtf!!!!!

I think it's our responsibility to control all areas of ground. So although it's a s**te comment it is true. Our club needs to protect their fans. Dont let fans buy tickets for the area behind the disabled section

Police saying they made four arrests and one fan received medical attention. I suspect like the Celtic game further arrests will be made.

Be interesting to see how many further arrests happen and if they will be reported

Its high time Police Scotland were investigated, totally inept.

Investigated for what? All matters or policing at football? Are you aware of current policies and guidelines for policing matches. The roles/responsibilities of stewards?

As someone else said they do the bare minimum to avoid starting a riot. My personal opinion is the Spanish method would be far more effective. Come on the park and be met by an angry man with a shield and a baton

I’m sure a lot of police officers would appreciate that level of freedom to control crowds and the use of force where justified.

However I would expect the usual, pictures to be taken, media uproar and anti-police brigade (which there appears to be plenty on here) to condone the level of force used.

What are the BBC playing at in this article?

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49228731

"Kilmarnock are investigating how a roof collapsed"?! It was shown on live TV how the roof collapsed when the brain dead started jumping on it. There is no blame at all attributed to rangers in that article and half of it talks about Kilmarnocks problem's getting them through the ticket gates.

Shameful reporting.

Thats the BBC for you. The establishment mouthpiece.

The passive policing and stewarding was laughable at the end when those two muppets were on top of the roof in the FB stand.

The amount of coppers and stewards that just watched them blatantly in the home end rather than ejecting them was pathetic.

On top of the roof in FB stand?

Would need to watch it back fully to pass judgement properly.

If as you suggest, the police were to arrest all of the 30/40 (guesstimate) neds that come on to the pitch. That would then require 60/80 officers for arrest procedure, corroboration of arrest and transport to nearest cells (not to mention logistics of getting them there).

If there even was that many officers to start with. Who then policies the remainder of the fans once they’ve all left with arrested persons?

Or does the responsibility of ejecting fans lie with G4S. Leaving the police to arrest those committing serious offences and those responsible for disorder etc can be identified at a later date via CCTV?

Why don’t they just start by lifting a few, soon get the message through in time.

Or you can just let them do as they please.

If the gates were opened thats f**king Hillsborough all over again. Madness although its not clear from the video whether the scum rushed the gate.

From what I heard from a Rangers fan already in the ground, rangers fans had been banging the gate and when a steward opened the gate they all forced their way in

theres also a suggestion our ticket system wasn’t working properly and a lot of sevcos who had tickets for the Moffat attempted to get into Chadwick and were successful

Then those who got lifted would appeal that other neds who committed the same offence didn’t get arrested.

Don’t think you can pick and choose which people to arrest

That, and the report in The Sun, doesn't make good reading.

There has to be questions about when the queues started to build up - was there a lot of late arrivals? - and if there was a fault with the system.

If nothing else, we'll get blamed by the media for giving them just one stand.

A steward didn't open the gate ... it was the The Rangers fans who did it.  Unfortunately they must be unlocked until the ground is empty which means there is always a chance of this happening when the bottle merchants of Police Scotland are 'in attendance '.
