Popular Post Scouser2
Hope the cameras picked it up but the sheer joy and release of pressure was obvious and pleasing to witness from the stands , not sure he knew what he was doing but was fun all the same.....and showed what this Manegerial chance at our club means to him And good to see players celebrating too , hopefully the win will do a great deal both lifting confidence and good feeling around our club

Popular Post Piersquared
He deserves this win. No idea how his tenure will pan out but you can’t deny he’s been getting it far tighter from the media than any British Manager would.

fmcc
Saw this and whilst I remain supportive yet unconvinced, it fair fired me up. Was great to see this passion from him and it was very much aimed at the fans who sang his name throughout

jasper
I suspect that this is a highly intelligent man who is very frustrated by his lack of command of English. Pocchetino was even worse when he first arrived. I was very happy for Alessio when he showed just how much victory meant for him. On a completely different point, why does SOD have to materialise in the old inside-left position, galloping hell- for- leather beside Millar ? If this is what it takes for us to get a goal, we'd better start finding a striker soon. SOD won't be Denis Law in every game, and if he does attempt it, we're going to leave ourselves severely exposed at right-back. -

Armstrong86
Really happy for the manager, shows what it means to him. Still in the cup and top 6 after having played Rangers and Aberdeen. Nomads result aside I’m pretty happy with how the season has started. A few attacking singings in and I think we’ll have a decent season.
Popular Post Arderkilliesier
Hopefully people may start to realise that this guy just might be the perfect replacement for Sir Steve.....as his signings seem too be quality and unlike many on this forum his unwillingness to sign players just for the sake of signing may prove to be pivotal on us continuing to progress as a club....as we can't afford to buy bench warmers.. Now perhaps we should all cut him a bit of slack, get behind him, the team, the club and show a little trust in a Manager with a CV arguably the envy of most clubs in Scotland and by the media mauling's he receives all of them...

Charlies PaPa
AA sure seems to know a player Man of the match for the last 2 games were new signings making their debut. Here's hoping the new striker to come does the same. Upward and onward.

zinger
I didn't hear how many fans were in Perth today but it was difficult to calculate being squeezed into the main stand rather than the away end. Any ideas folks?

I remember the 2-1 at Perth in SSC’s first season being a launching pad for a great run. Hopefully this is that moment for AA. He’s always seemed a decent man to date - now we know there’s a fire burning there as well!

Riccarton Bluebell
The future could be great if he gets a striker in as good as the defenders he has brought to the club. Angelo’s In Cheapside St must be coining it in.
