Like a DVD or USB stick with the Windows installation file on it? *edit* If you go into the BIOS/UEFI (on startup there is usually an option to hit F2 or another F key to go into the BIOS), there should be an option for Boot Settings, or something to change the boot order. If that is there, make sure that your Samsung SSD is first (assuming that is the main disk you are using). The screen you are in is a disk utility that you wouldn't normally need to touch. You can try saving any files on it by taking it out and fitting it to a caddy, to save files to another pc. If you can save files, then the disk can be wiped and an operating system can be re-installed.
