Standing Section

If somebody took in a flag someone would moan they couldn’t fully see park or that it could take someone’s eye out. If someone took in a drum someone would moan that it would be too noisy. You can’t keep everyone happy. I can understand where those are coming from regarding pyro as it works a treat in Europe but it’s done as part of a proper tifo but not just used aimlessly. Unfortunately the atmosphere at Scottish games is very poor and i believe standing sections are a way forward. Designated sections for those wishing to try things to get atmosphere going. If you want to sit in quiet, which you are 100% entitled to do, then just stay away from these sections. If we just have people who sit and moan constantly the game will die quicker than it already is.

Surprised the Moffat stand section was so bare. Maybe a tannoy for the kids to try it out next home game? The section in the east was packed, young team trying to get an atmosphere going. Most of them probably don't have tickets for that section but as long as they're not pushing folk out their seats then fire in.

Moffat will be different on a Saturday.

Was it advertised the section would open last night? Only place I saw it was on this thread.
