Initially it was to do with playing time then the narrative changed to family matters. I'm sure right before the Well game at Fir Park he may have said in the papers too that he was unhappy at not being played. He then subsequently got sent off in that game and left us to go to Aberdeen with Dicker and Wilson in defence. I liked the big guy to be fair, but, in my honest opinion, I think Broadfoot and Findlay looked the more solid partnership any time they've played.

Not sure what that has to do with my comment about Trust In Killie projects though. My point is that we may have the finest facilities in the Championship which is hardly better than having a decent team on the park in the Premiership. The trust might be be making inroads off the park but on the park the result is PISH -
jesper
@bullit Can see his point, always looked comfortable on the ball but DDF has probably rightly kept him out the team until recently - injuries haven't helped his cause either. Hope he gets a game elsewhere as seems a decent lad. Agree entirely with your last paragraph. Maybe in the minority, but I'm quite glad to see Broaders back. Looking for 5 resignation letters in the morning, Bowie, McLeish, Jamieson, Fowler and Dyer. To take us from the best team in Scotland in 2018 under SSC, to the worst in the SPFL in 12 months and do nothing about it is mind bogling. No wonder Bill White and John Kiltie said we can’t work with these imposters and resigned. Shareholders need to step up to the plate at the impending (but late) AGM. Is that you volunteering to buy all the shares and run the club? I can't see you doing much worse than the current lot to be honest but in all seriousness, it would be almost impossible for that to happen and for the club to survive. He could put us up for sale, but who would buy it? We'd end up a housing estate and sharing Bonnyton's pitch.

Not much use if the current owner refuses to bring in new investment. I think that is a huge problem, we're not a wee cottage industry and something to do in someone's spare time. I don't have a problem with him being involved and am grateful for his financial input but what we really need is leadership and he's not s**tting nor getting off the pot so we're struggling as a consequence. It wouldn't matter who we brought in... The squad is miles weaker than when SC was here... Even he couldn't rescue us from this mess.. He steadied the ship then strengthen in January as another poster mentioned. We have managed to weaken the team in the summer and again in this window. I have sympathy for Dyer... A team sorely needed strengthening in the window... I can only assume we have no funds to attract others who chose to go elsewhere in the SPL..its shambolic The blame here lies with Bowie and Phyliss... They have the money... And the club should have something from transfers and compensation. Unless we are paying for AA full wage.. Where did the money go. And where is the investment, even Hamilton with no support can attract players FFS. Fowler and BB need to be honest with the fans... But most likely just throw Dyer under the bus instead. To quote Steve Clarke... BB the best owner he worked under... Seriously how F*ck-d up does that sound now

Killiepies
Looks like we are downsizing .A manager who is a cheap option and is only here till the summer then he will almost certinly be off .I really don't think we were ever going to go out our way to sign anyone of note during the window. The board has no intention of backing a tempory manager and are hoping that we have enough in the squad to stay up .Wishful thinking from them. Two dodgey keepers ,ageing players and a few who are just running down there contracts.Absolute shambles since Steve Clarke left
Steppskillie
This doesnt get any better after a night's sleep. Great news Bruce away. Chucked it because it was obvious in the Livi and Celtic games he was totally lacking in pace. Good to see he has been replaced by a similar type of player. Guff92
It’s uncanny the similarities in us post-Clarke and Man United post-Ferguson. A legacy ruined in no time. People at the top that don’t know the fundamentals about football. We are staring years of mediocrity right in the face. Need a full overhaul of players in the summer on top of looking for a new manager.

If the idiots read this Board get a contract drawn up for Holt to present him at the final game of the season If you were Holt would you want to come to this sh**show? He gets far more backing at Livi.... than he currently would get here.

Doesn’t seem like the current Board want to dig too deeply into their pockets after yesterday’s offering. It now appears likely that KB bought himself out of his contract also. Barbinho
For me, it keeps coming back to James Fowler as the director of football. Stevie Wonder could see where our team is lacking. Slight inroads were made with the signings of Bunn and Kabamba, but for me, that was only the start. We still need another striker and a number 10 as an absolute minimum. The two questions for me are: How come almost every other team has strengthened? And what's Fowler been doing all month? It's nowhere near good enough. I genuinely expect resignations.
Silent Bob
Presume the intention is for Kiltie to be used as the number 10 and that’s why we brought him back. A different option to Thomas and Millar and can also play wide. Cameron will need to step up and be the third option up front when fit.
