I don't think it would change our status at all. We would still be the oldest professional  club in the country.

QP will always be the oldest club in the league, while they are in existence.

We are currently the oldest club that subsequently turned professional.  QPFC will assume that mantle if they go pro.

Other clubs in Scotland have been professional for longer than Kilmarnock.

The club turned semi-professional in 1894.

If other clubs have been continuously professional for longer that makes the title of the oldest professional club a bit disingenuous.

Better to stick with the second oldest club.

Always thought it was just a convenient way of creating a club record by omitting Queen's Park.

Doesn't look like a card we'll be able to play for much longer though.

These bellends had better not try to say they are the oldest professional club in Scotland.

On the funny side Sevco aren't even the newest professional club in Sxotland anymore.  Ha ha

Why not?

They will be but will simply continue to be oldest club in Scotland.

But we won't be the oldest professional club any more.

Why will we not be the oldest professional club?

Queen's Park may be the oldest, but they have not been professional.
