Cheers don’t have a Bluetooth keyboard unfortunately my iPad is 2015 vintage

You can add (or pair) any £10 bluetooth keyboard with any model of ipad.  Is about only reasonable priced upgrade you can get for them, my HDMI adaptor was £40, absolute robbery for what it does, but i do use it a lot.

Aside from being easier to type on, giving keyboard shortcuts, remote control of play, pause and volume control, the half of the screen thats the on screen keyboard is a normal display, so is a lot easier to use. Twice as easy you could say, as you can see twice as much screen.

i was using a 2013 ipad mini till this summer, got a 2018 cellular one now which is night and day, but i genuinely cant tell the difference between my mums 2017 ipad and my 2018 model. Plus the new 2019 ipad is same internal spec (apart from slightly bigger screen and more ram) as the 2018. Very incremental improvements year to year
