I didn’t say they were. What is apparent though is some of our players have to like their manager otherwise they spit their wee baby dummies out.

virtuocity
Listen to the We Are Killie podcast and how Dicker talks about SC. The most interesting points were how perfectly SC timed his approach to team talks and one-on-ones. He knew when to say a lot, when to shut up, when to be angry, when to give the guys a break. It bred confidence in the team that the guy in charge knew what he was doing and therefore if he tells you to do something, you do it knowing it’s going to make you, and your team better. That’s a million miles away from coaching skills- it’s leadership, which is a personality trait and should be something that we are switched on to when considering who our next manager will be. Or McCoist. Whatever.

Blackislekillie
When Broadfoot left one of his complaints was that players had to look after themselves after formal training. He cited Jamie as having to go running in his own time as a grievance.

No.1 Jimmy
With Gary, I had the feeling in the summer that his success was built with another managers squad, but he has proven this season that he can successfully assemble his own team. He was a brilliant servant in his time as a Killie player and would relish a go at the mangers job, so maybe it’s time he was given the chance. Gary could also build upon the strengthening links between club and fans which also is no bad thing and if nothing else at least it’ll be a s**te site easier to sing his name!!!!

Thebigguy68
Maybe we are on the verge of a huge investment and the new backer has his own man lined up. The board couldn’t reach agreement on whether to dilute their ownership. Hence the bust up. It’s been resolved. Maybe tomorrow will be the start of a glorious march to the top under new leadership. Or maybe it’s business as usual with yogi Hughes.

If they don't have somebody lined up the January transfer window will be open and will be playing catch up again. The same board that were totally unprepared for Clarke leaving, footballs worst kept secret and had no-one in mind apparently... Nothing would surprise me

Is it possible that potential investors have someone lined up or they just don't fancy Angelo? Or is it just fanciful thinking on our part? -
