I'm not sure. He would at least add a bit of pace in midfield. -

Jedi2
Massive news, if true....if Bachmann could be back as well, its starting to shape up nicely.

For me he’d be ideal. We can’t act like our squad depth isn’t abysmal at the moment, players like Dicker could probably do with a few games out at times for fitness and performance reasons. Tish would provide excellent depth and decent competition for places.
red_dug
Great news if true. Hopefully 1 or 2 goal scorers to follow. Any youngsters at sunderland among the goals? Trying to think who Fow will know of.

Queens Park for match practise then straight in against Celtic on 22/01. Last time he joined, he hadn't been playing at Celtic. They stuck him the reserves for a match at Lesser Hampden which I presumed was for us to have a look at him. Then we signed him and he came on a substitute at Dens Park a week later.

Bigdaw
not going to start scoring goals even if they did come back , why would we be looking at short term signings anyway. in 6 months we will have few players. if they do come back it would suggest to me that Alex Dyer is being lined up for the top job. -
Trojan76
they would steady the ship, and boost confidence, even if it were just for 6 months it would be a start

I wouldn't mind Tish coming back but some folk sitting near me would be giving him unwarranted abuse as soon as he got the ball or one mistake.

Trojan76
be amazing if Clarke did pap Scotland for us. Walter set the precedent, and he can't be happy managing the national "players"
