Deserves to be jettisoned when the new manager arrives. The amount of no look passes from him into the centre of park today was unreal! Steppskillie
Its over to the Board now....a statement is required tomorrow stating what the current position regarding thoughts for a new manager are. Has the process begun. Unfortunately if AD is not applying fir the job I think with huge thanks for what he has done he should be leaving now. We are on the verge of wasting another transfer window. kfc_superteam
Surely the worst December that I can remember. 6 matches and 1 point out of 18. 0 goals scored, 7 conceded. Forget Europe or top six, priority is not getting involved at the bottom where we are only 5 points ahead. Considering we play Celtic first after the break we will be closer to the bottom after that. That makes up our second round of fixtures. The board are totally to blame with this as they should never have appointed Alessio in the first place and there backing has been half hearted. As we have been saying since the summer recruitment is ridiculous and may ultimately be our undoing. We are not too good to go down. Our defence has evaporated since Findlay got injured and Brophy is not a loan striker. His goal return in 2019 is pitiful since Stewart left. We need a manager in the next week to give him time to get something done in the transfer market. Without the magical touch of Sir Steve a lot of these players are average and need to go. Branescu, Liam Millar, Sow, Jackson, St Clair,McKenzie, Wilson, Dom Thomas can just go. Brophy needs to play up front with someone.
BigYin
I can’t help but feel we’re being taken for a mug by the club. 1600 fans still magnificently turn out at an away game today at one of the most financially challenging time of year for people despite our horrendous form yet we’re nearly 2 weeks gone from AA being sacked and we’ve not heard a peep from the club aside from the initial brief statement. Communication from the club in the next couple of days is vital to update where we are, because as in the words of a certain player this is turning into a “s**tshow”

kfc_superteam
The problem is there was been no reaction from the players under Dyer. I think this gives the board a problem as if he is not getting performances or results it puts pressure on the board to make a decision. I think they don't know what to do. Holding onto Dyer on his own without Clarke is proving to be a problem as he isn't looking like the answer and forcing a new manager to keep him on is causing divisions.

Scouser2
The slight hope is that the Board and Fowler have been doing a lot of work behind the scenes and are close to finalising deals (perhaps they had to wait till the pre break games completed if person they wanted is in a job) and in next couple of days announce a new Manager followed soon news of the first of some quality January additions to the first team

Something is certainly wrong behind the scenes. Been saying this for a while now. Dicker needs a reality check and have a look at his attitude. He point fingers at everyone else. Yet he has been poor in a lot of games. He got found out again today, When we go two players up front he has to play in a normal midfield role and he was well off the pace.
mitch14
Very worried about where our next league points are coming from. Home to Celtic almost certainly not. Away to Saint Johnstone far from easy. Home to County? No league points between 4 Decmeber and February would be horrendous.

Popular Post TLC
Surely after getting rid of a manager who “focused to much on shape” and who our esteemed captain told us “didn’t have a f*cking clue” things should have improved significantly ? Im starting to think Alessio was overachieving by having this squad in 5th. Edited December 29, 2019 by TLC

Killie1970
Dear Kilmarnock FC, Thanks so much for a wonderful festive season. What a pleasure it has been to watch a group of players who perform with such willingness and heart, give 100% effort and leave everything they have on the pitch after giving their all for the Club and its fans. What a pleasure to know that our Board have improved the communication between Club and fans and keep us updated on any news and goings on at the Club that we support. The football on show is very pleasing to the eye. Fast flowing attacking football, goals a plenty and a watertight defence...what more can we ask for? Isn't it great that we have a management team and a squad of players who look as though they would run through brick walls for each other? The harmony in the dressing room must be bliss! Thank you Board, thank you for everything. This is just how a football club should be run, Yours sincerely, A very happy Killie fan! 29/12/2018
