The thing is though, if the girls enjoy being cheerleaders then who are we to deny them?

It was the same with the girls in the pits at Formula 1. They had a glamourous job, made a living, were high profile then the PC brigade took that away from them.

Did anyone think to ask them how they felt?

My argument isn't about pc or denying the girls exercise, it's about where our TiK money goes. There is a Kilmarnock ladies site attached to the main KillieFC site which hasn't been updated for ages, and the replacement mascot outfit appears to have dragged on for months. I would rather these items were sorted before we start doling out money to cheerleaders.

The work with the schools throughout Ayrshire has been fantastic but who decides what community projects are funded ? Don't forget 30-40% of our support live in communities other than Kilmarnock.

has there been any news yet on potential Sponsors for next season? .....or even kit suppliers

.. or will this all be addressed whenever the AGM is scheduled

Pretty sure there has been plenty discussions on kit suppliers. No idea about sponsors

I'd say it's more than 30-40% but anyway.....

The mascot is ordered I believe, I don't think these kind of costumes get made overnight unlike tracksuits.

Trust has funded lots of community work outside of Killie, tons actually from memory. I'd imagine it'll be the Trust board who decide, that's what they elected for as you can't do a poll every time you want to fund something.

I'm happy to put a few quid a month in a let them spend it as they see best.

Kit deal is just about sorted. Down to the final shortlist with a handful of big manufacturers. Decision soon.

I believe sponsor is also almost done.

Good news regarding the manufacturers, i feel i see more kids in Killie leisurewear these days and think that may be down to nike being a big brand so its cool to wear it rather than 1869 or lotto. The more local kids in Killie gear the better

Good news, hopefully have them for last game of the season or cup final.

How does that work if we are changing sponsor and possibly supplier? Would we be in breech of contract or anything?

Whats the going rate for sponsoring Killie for a season now?
