Who needs strikers when 3 centre back pop up with 4 goals.

Great for Stu back in the side getting the 2 goals and MOTM.

Burkey brilliant assisted every goal.

Good link up between Bunn and Hammy looks like a great partnership.

Kabamba done ok but hey a goals a goal.

Didn't see much of Koprivec.

But in all serious absolute brilliant performance onto a difficult game on Wednesday.

Burkey was outrageous today. He get all 6 assists? that ever been done?

motm by a mile. He’s been sensational for us.

bunn looked good, just needs to build fitness. Kabamba looked a handful and should’ve scored earlier. Might start against Celtic.

Kiltie was good and showed what he can bring. Buzzing to see him get a goal.
as comfortable a victory in a long time.

Burke with 6 assists , that must be a record for a single game? The wee man continues to defy his age, more energy than a teenager on red bull .

Bring back the cryo- chamber. We can freeze him and just bring him out for games. Or can we clone him, the man has been brilliant for us. :hurrah:

Professional performance and a comfortable win. Can’t ask for much more than that.

First half we were dominant but the Queens Park setup restricted us in the final third. We took advantage from the set pieces which was great. Some cracking deliveries and we mixed it up well. Great patience from the team and we played at a decent tempo throughout trying to stretch them and open up space. Second half it opened up a bit more and we created more from open play. could easily have had another couple but won’t complain. Delighted we stayed on the goal trail rather than ease off. We needed that win and confidence boost.

Maybe just me but I thought he group looked happier and there was a togetherness about them.

Good to see Findlay back. Thought Kiltie looked a lot more comfortable when he wasn’t playing as striker. The way the first half played out when he got the ball it was in congested areas. Second half he had more freedom to roam and get involved in play. Bunn looked decent. First game in a long time so a good run out. Wanted to take men on and some decent deliveries. Kabamba looks a big presence. Completely unpredictable which will cause defenders problems. Ideal situation him getting his first goal straight away no matter the opponent. Young Connell looked lovely when he came on. Some nice touches and good link up play.

Burke was excellent. Great workrate and gave the defenders a torrid time. A hand in every goal as well.

Amazing to think that, in his first season, he couldn't play 90 minutes, probably because of the virus he had had.

Twenty-five appearances and the only full match was the 0-5 at Celtic Park in the League Cup.

Good morale boosting victory , strolled the game and keeper never troubled save for our own back passes..

found QP tactics slightly strange ..back 5 against no real striker for us then hardly venturing forward even when losing ...but for us job done , new players got a run out , Findlay a good 60 mins or so in his legs as he returns ... and overall some positivity after weeks of downbeat mood

The first half was poor despite the goals, their goalkeeper didn't have a save to make. Second half was much better, more movement and pace. Newcomers all did well, the young lad Connell looks a prospect and great to see Findlay back. Queens Park were dire, no shots on target and never looked like upsetting us at any point in the game. Not really a Cup tie, a training exercise, Brora offered way more last season. Maybe when they start to deal in the professional market they'll improve, they'll need to.

That was what we needed and before anyone points out it was Queens Park, If we had won 2-0 we would be moaning.

Thought Kiltie looked better in second half.much better than at centre forward. great movement and first touch.

Burke outstanding

Findlay great comeback from injury.

Bunn did okay gives us more balance and worked well with Hammy , we looked more solid on the left , than when Millar was playing.

Big Nickie looked looked like he was desperate to make an impact and in his 20mins he was okay to. shame he missed the chance after beating the keeper on the edge of the box , nice composure shown their, but for every easy chance you miss , their is a goal aff yer arse.

No concered about Celtic during the week , The big game in ST Johnstone next weekend.

Findlay makes a huge difference I think . His distribution is good , he can bring the ball out and he covers the ground so quickly. Different team with him playing .

He is our main man. Top class. I’d imagine there will be managers down south alerted that’s he’s back fit.  And the 2 goals will raise the profile of his performance. Hope we can keep him fir a while yet. Excellent player and great influence.

Is it just me or did the passing seem to be delivered at a faster pace. They were pinging balls to one another. much better than some of the games. Also a lot more though the middle using one/twos . wonder if that was because Kilitie has a good touch and is less selfish than Brophy.

Kiltie has the ability play just behind Brophy and be the link. The role he played as a sub against Rangers at home in August. Great to see him score today. Here’s hoping he can stay fit.

We still need at least one more forward minded signing but Chris Burke is amazing. Offer him an extra year first thing Monday morning. Just after the Findlay contract extension!
