Holt is the obvious answer but ask Bowie and Fowler why he wasn’t considered. Fowler is clearly making the calls to sack Alessio and give Dyer the job. Dyer is never a manager in a million years. It’s obvious to anyone apart from our ‘Head of Football Operations’. Fowler is clearly as bad as that as he was a player. Can go f’k himself as far as I’m concerned. Worryingly our board seemed to agree with that. We’ve only ourselves to blame if we go down which is looking increasingly likely. It will look shambolic, after 'only' 5 League games, though it has been shambolic since the summer anyway, but otherwise the slide looks to continue.
