This board's era

Rather than a platform to kick on and consolidate our place as a consistent top 6 team, the SC era is looking more like an aberration and a blip in our journey into friggin mediocrity at best.  Takes some doing turning the best league position in 50 yrs into relegation candidates. The Board is clueless when it comes to football. Despondency reigns once again.  May 2019 seems like another world tonight.

The board never wanted to acknowledge the fact the Clarke was leaving in the summed. The players knew it was coming, we all saw it coming too but they clearly didn’t plan for it whatsoever. Everything we’re dealing with now has started with their incompetence of handling Steve Clarke’s departure.

Await the hate.

At least under MJ he didnt fill us full of false hope and feed us all a lot of s**te.

Bowie hasn't delivered for us on the park. No arguments

Bowie is looking more and more like our Romanov.

Pie in the sky stuff in interviews (winning the league, the best manager in Scotland etc.) and an absolute clusterf**K off the park.

Letting Phyllis McLeish choose the new manager. What could possible go wrong?

Holt should have been a shoe in for the job .Appointing a manager with SPL experence and weakening the opposition at the same time .No brainier .The board ( and some on here ) thought that would be a backward step .Just give it to some foreign coach then ditch him for his assistant who has the same managerial experience.

Granted there might be legal reasons for any information from the Board re AA sacking , but the overall lack of contact and visibility from the Board when things got tough has been disappointing, they were even on social media very communicative at times when things were going well under SC ........

The supposed increase in player budget has (as yet) proved a false statement , in fact unless we are paying high loan fees to the Italian clubs or OTT wages to the few permanent signings ... then from the outside the budget seems smaller this year

Last season when everyone knew Clarke was going, why was nothing done, why was nothing done before the end of the season, we were possibly getting a euro spot which meant the team would have to be ready well before the start of the league season, but we waited, waited with nothing really done until the last kick when AA came in with next to no time to get organized for the Connahs game. And look what happened. We as fans knew what the team were lacking, striker, creative midfielder etc, but we got none.

Now we have took the lazy approach by appointing Dyer, when AA was sacked ,why again was no plan in place.

Now we are nearing the end of the transfer window and we are left up to now with nothing, JF has already stated the club would be ready for the window and it will be done early and not left till the last kick. Really.

The board has seriously let the support down, to have a season like last years and now locked in a relegation fight this season is shocking.

Too many bad bad decisions.
