historyman
Time for big decisions or we are going to sleepwalk into the playoff or even automatic relegation. If we don’t win next week at home to Ross County then we need to ditch Dyer and bring in someone with experience who can keep us up before it’s too late. Dyer doesn’t have what we need, that’s obvious. Edited January 25, 2020 by historyman
Mojike and Bod
Nice guy. Never a football manager. Get rid.

Pelesboots
I would sack him now - he has proven he is not suitable to manage the club. The club's future is more important than him

TLC
And our “Director of Football Operations” should be following him out the door. Dyer needs to go but he is also an easy scapegoat for a bigger Problem

Killieboykfc
In danger of ruining his good image amongst the fans imo. Ever since Alessio was punted I have got the impression that he’s not really arsed about the job and only took it because it was the only way he could remain in a job. Maybe he’s just super relaxed but he comes across like McCulloch mark 2.

kfc_superteam
5 defeats in a row against teams around us mostly. Not acceptable. If he fails to win on Saturday he needs to go!
theauldyin
A total uninspiring cheap option, but hey ho the board and Fowler know best.
RayD
Love the big man, but fear his laid back easy going persona has transferred to his team. Losing every game doesn't seem to trouble any of them too much, only us

BigYin
Same “working hard” pish yet again. He’s delusional if he thinks we only need 1 or 2 signings. We had 2 defenders and 2 defensive midfielders on the bench today, Brophy was the only viable attacking option we had on the bench as St Clair clearly isn’t fancied, which begs the case why is he still here? We are still a player down on numbers from before the winter break. He doesn’t come out with anything that’s inspires any kind of confidence things are going to improve Edited January 25, 2020 by BigYin

Connell comes on and does very well, St Clair left on the bench. Today St Clair an unused sub (again) and connell nowhere to be seen? Why?
BR1869
Starting to see now why he didn’t want to apply for it. Probably knows himself it’s beyond his capabilities. Maybe thought if he’s given the job by default (or laziness) it doesn’t look as bad on him when it all goes wrong. Wee_Eck1979
I'd worry that we would end up with Fowler as manager, it so reaks of how Craig Levein ended up as Hearts manager
