Both of these options would be great. While the 97 strip is ready to go.

The problem with a 70's strip is the old "coat of arms" badge. We can't use it so that defeats the point of making a replica ......

I think there is an historical argument. The old crest is part of our history which even Lord Lyon should respect. From that point of view replica strips which are an accurate reflection of the periodic d should be allowed.
