Popular Post Steppskillie
Their reaction at full time for me summed up what we need at the club. Players who have a heart for the club and who connect with the club and the supporters. They were obviously delighted with the result and knew what it meant for the fans. Kabamba will be the same. Actually thinking about it you could add Burkey and Rory as well. These players are the backbone of the team. mitch14
They were actually slightly annoyed that we weren't celebrating more I think! Findlay had a go at firing up the East Stand. Only reason atmosphere had dropped a bit was because the game had been won for so long. Brilliant - they are the heart of the club
LH31
I think this is where most of the negativity stems from. We know what these players can do but haven't shown it enough so far. Yesterday we got a glimpse of that and im sure these guys will be delighted as much as the fans.

Souleycouley93
Great to see what all fans want is passionate players. Just look at power when we get our first goal. Absolutely love him. McKenzie and Findlay also.
funky monkey
I couldn't get to the game yesterday. I asked my mates who were there if the players celebrated with the fans as I felt that they haven't done that this season. For Killie to get out of trouble we need a connection between fans and players, glad to hear it happened yesterday and not surprised that it was led by Power and Findlay. Burke doesn’t waste his energy on excessive celebrations! Maybe it was out of respect for a former club.

Killie71
He slapped the ground repeatedly after RC's goal. Stuart's a winner and would make a great Captain.

Was about to post this, he was absolutely raging the big fella. That's the spirit we need, never went overboard but made his feelings clear. Then led the celebrations at the whistle. When Dicker moves on, I'd hand him the armband too.
killieblue
A couple times yesterday Power contested the referees decision and was overall being very vocal, whereas dicker just got on with it. I’d give power captain. Edited February 2, 2020 by killieblue
NorfolkG
Findlay has a year left and he’s definitely going on to bigger things. I doubt any wage we can realistically offer will persuade him to extend. I hope we are looking into offering him a percentage of a transfer fee as a potential route to extending.

Souleycouley93
Findlay is a good guy a couple of million id wish him well. Gave me two of my favourite away days ever in Rhyl and Tynecastle.
Bullitt
Power or Findlay are the only logical captains for us when Dicker leaves at end of the season... and to be fair, on current form, both deserve it more than him. Popular Post fullmetaljacket
Alan Power should captain our club. He would run through a brick wall for us.

He was on park at full time giving it big licks and was just about last off so I think he was just taken off as a precaution as he took a knock near end of the first half.
