mitch14
Chris Burke and Stuart Findlay are back in training this week, and they will be assessed before tomorrow’s game against Rangers. Kirk Broadfoot is a doubt after picking up a shoulder injury, but again will be assessed overnight. No other fresh injury worries for Alex Dyer. Likely Del Fabro and Johnson/Findlay then by the looks of it

Popular Post Squirrelhumper
Now that Rangers are a club open to all and trailblazers in the battle against intolerance then I am very much looking forward to hearing their new improved song book tomorrow. Will be a breath of fresh air. It's amazing how they've managed to educate 1,000's of absolute cretins almost overnight.

Pompey Repatriated
While I like the idea of having a go, does sticking with the 3-5-2 and nullifying Rangers make sense? -

Absolutely. Would be a good point for us, would keep us on our decent run and as a bonus - would damage the huns title challenge
Bigdaw
4-4-2 for me.....We create so much more with that system. Could be high scoring game. depends on the wind perhaps.
C4mmy31
AD's injury update from this mornings pre-Rangers presser..... Broadfoot is nursing a sore shoulder so he will have to wait n see how he is tomorrow. Findlay & Burke both trained yesterday but again will wait till tomorrow, to see if they have any reaction, before making a decision......
Fletch
If Findlay or Burke aren't 100% then I'd leave them out and if KB is ok go unchanged other than Koprivec. Realistically Burke and Findlay will probably be more important to us v Hibs and Aberdeen than risking setting them back in an already very difficult match.
dasboag
As much as I'd love to go for them, I'd like to frustrate them first half with a 4-1-4-1: Koprivec SOD Broadfoot Findlay Niko El Mak Mackenzie Dicker Power Kiltie Kabamba They'll come out the blocks after half time if its still 0-0, 15 mins more of getting into them before switching it up a bit for the last 25. Switch to 4-4-1-1: Koprivec SOD Broadfoot Findlay Niko Burke Dicker Power Mackenzie Brophy Kabamba Burke 1-0 (87). limbs.

If we do go for that, I would have Dicker as the last MF player with El Mak alongside Power.

Could see why, as I think Dicker is technically the best in that role. I just think though that he plays much better when he is right beside Power, plus El Mak (assuming fit) would have better legs to track around the box
Pride_of_ayrshire
Presuming everyone is fit. 5-4-1 Koprivec O'Donnell Del Fabro Broadfoot Findlay Hamalainen Burke Power Dicker McKenzie Kabamba Bench, MacKay Hendrie Johnson Makrini Bunn Brophy Kiltie Reasons Koprivec as Larry is suspended. 5 at the back as seemed ok at weekend. Broadfoot to mess with Morelos. Midfield needs no change. Kabamba up top as he should he can do it himself against Celtic. Bench is so for good fresh legs as brophy always looks hungry coming of the bench and makes a serious impact.

Mckenzie doubles as the 3rd central midfielder, will put in more graft than Kiltie. Expect us to maybe go back to the 4-3-3 though. Burke and bunn (if fit) wingers with Kabamba up top. Rangers play that narrow midfield all the time so we'd maybe get overrun with 4-4-2.
