We’ve avoided a hiding. Get some rest now and get back on it in 10 days. Defensively we have some work to do and we need to find a solution at left back.
Taylor getting some minutes was smart as we will need him.
Not going to be critical of performance given what went on in midweek. We move on

The goals we are conceding at the moment are criminal. Our best defensive combination is Del Fabro and Findlay. Dyer brings back Broadfoot as he’s the dressing room DJ and starts fkin about with the defence. Either dropping Del Fabro or playing 3 central defenders and we start conceding daft goals.

Dyer has much to learn and hopefully won’t be our manager next season.

Grim reading.

1 shot on target and it's the penalty. How the f**k did we only lose 3 goals.

We were looking quite aggressive at the start - both those corner kicks came before the goal. But as so often happens against the Old Firm, as soon as we got ahead we decided the halfway line was a distant horizon never to be crossed again.

Lost by the same scoreline earlier there with a full team for 90 minutes.

Last season a much stronger Killie lost 5 goals there. We're a lot weaker this season personnel wise

Take it on the chin and move on.

As others have posted this break is coming at a good time.

Exaclty this.

Aberdeen game is huge. Treat it like a cup match again.

AD played with a back 5/midfield 5 with Broadfoot, Del Fabro and Johnson at Pittodire and we didn't lose a goal. The starting XI he went for today was fine. Still had two up top. Obviously going down to 10 men so early in the 2nd half completely kills the game. We have done reasonably well to concede 1 goal in that 2nd half under the circumstances.

Next 5 games...Should be looking for 3pts in all of them, tall order but not impossible. Break has certainly come at the right time for us now.

It certainly seemed that way. Started really positively, got a reward but then sat back so deep. El Mak was a total passenger. Can barely remember him touching the ball.

Pat Bonner saying Killie were looking tired because they play on astro and if they played on grass they would have that wee bit more energy today.

And he’s supposed to be a “pundit “ , it’s got  nothing to do with a threadbare squad and the disparity in turnover and all that entails . He’s still hurting from not getting that move to RP .

Was always going to be a tough game. We started well and Niko wasn't very clever at the first two goals. Celtic are a good side and when they get into a rhythm we can't compete.

Not a great support up, not a great performance, not a great day but glad its out the way and got a bit of a break as we've had a lot of games lately.

Keeper not to blame for second.

Niko missed header for first.

Niko lost possession and sauntered back for the second but Findlay didn't win the header.

Didn't think any of Powers bookings merited a yellow.

Ally Taylor looked fantastic when he came on.

Celtic are a million miles the best side in the league and it wouldn't shock me if they got to semi or final of Europa League.

Competed well, never gave up but it was backs to the wall all game.

Dust ourselves off and go again against Aberdeen.
