Guff92
Appointed a manager based on his CV. Didn’t back said manager in the summer transfer window. Sacked said manager a month after he was voted manager of the month. Had no plan in place to replace said manager. Gave the job to dyer even after a run of poor results as interim manager. Once again didn’t back said manager in the January transfer window. Edited March 9, 2020 by Guff92 -

Pride_of_ayrshire
Totally agree. Every member of the board that we're interviewed said there would be increased budget, that has showed eg lot of pish. Then no intention to look for a perfectly suited manager when Angelo was sacked. Nothing against Dyer done what he can with the made up resources Bowie said weve got. But sadly AD isn't the man to take us into next season. A manager must MUST be put in place before June to ensure a complete chance of having a successful window.
Bbk
Some of your points may or may not be valid in some people's eyes but what if he decided to do what you are suggesting and effed off now where would that leave us and who would step in to bail us out maybe you are suffering as we all are from major saturday night disappointment but I do feel your pain

Then strangely gave BB all the plaudits in his final speech. I’m assuming your quite happy with the way things have been run then?

But he “tried” to get Mulumbu in January, probably didn’t even happen. -

If he was the best "chairman", it was because he let SC get on with the job without interference. Once SC had gone, our limitations were exposed.

Popular Post Monty97
Bye Bye Guff92 If you can't take the bad with the good then you're wasting your time following Killie. Tom061087
Listened to a lee mcculloch interview the other day was interesting that he said he didn’t want the managers job when he took it (didn’t say why), but gave in to Bowie’s persistence in trying to appoint him. Didn’t work out too well either and doesn’t seem a great way to appoint the right manager. Obviously Clarke worked out well however that came about, and Dyer has shown a bit of progress but is struggling for results at the moment
