According to Transfermarkt, contracts expire on the 31st of May. Could be coming of age time for our youth team if we need to play games over the summer.

Our golf club insurers have emailed this morning to say as this virus wasn’t on that list then no insurance available for loss of earnings anywhere. That's a get out and a half. How can you take out insurance to cover for such events but then when its needed refuse to pay because the virus in question wasn't discovered yet?

That's a crock of s**te from them, I would be taking that further to see if you have a genealogy clause covering pandemics. My travel insurance has, and I'm covered (atm) if I cannot travel due to illness from the pandemic or other related item from it.

Cheltenham could have gone ahead behind closed doors and the Treasury would still have got it’s revenue. Just as the National might go ahead without spectators. Allowing the crowds to attend was a barmy decision and I hope nobody will regret having been there.

The policy does list diseases covered and says unknown infections not covered. They will have that as a get out.
WIGHT and BLUE
I pity the SFA (or whowever) if they have to come up with a final table scenario that sees Hearts STAY up, and Dundee Utd COME up....

gdevoy
10 to 14 weeks estimated as the time until the peak of the outbreak. Sounds like the season has just been cancelled. No idea how the SFA will resolve this s**tstorm. Also could finish many clubs financially. Interesting times.

18yardhero
There is no definitive end in sight here and with no overdraft facility our club is going to be reliant on Billy Bowie and Phyllis McLeish to tide us to for god knows how long. Time for the trust to literally start rattling the buckets I think to help us get through what is going to be a very lean time.
