Scouser2
Season 2 now on Netflix , Starring our own James Fowler as it covers season 2018/19 .........though think when agreeing to the ongoing contract feel both club and the film makers would hoped would be more of a feel good story of return to better times series than the ongoing story of how not to run a football club
piffer
I’ve actually enjoyed the Sunderland and Leeds ones more than others. It shows a different side to the game than the bright lights of the Champions League and trophies being won.
Mclean07
I’ve just watched Sunderland v a Leeds Cup Final. Wow, the challenges and the atmosphere. Bob Stokoe was only 42. He looks about 60.
KillieFanInToon
The first series was excellent. The shift in tone in the first episode after the scudding by Celtic was amazing. I live a stones throw from the SoL and it's fun recognising the streets they've filmed on.
Killiepie
2nd series was just as good as the first.
Scouser2
So far just up to the episode covering the January transfer window , does show how far some boards/owners panic on that last day and lose any perspective , common sense or even awareness of what their own Manager has said............

Jack didn’t want them paying anymore that £1.25 million......£3 million rising to £4 million. Was cringey how desperate he was getting. That Maja is on £65,000 a week at Bordeaux.
killieblues
I really enjoyed the second series. Binge watched it. James Fowler is not really in it much, which is probably just as well for him.
caltonkid
Binge watched the two series over the past couple of nights and thought it was brilliant - the passion of their supporters was incredible. Had to laugh when the new management team came on the scene and they asked about how good the Cyro treatment room was ? Nobody has ever used it except Martin Bain to help his sore back !!!! I think they had spent 100K on it as well .... Amount of money being wasted was eye watering
