  1. Just googled french players who signed / played for Kilmarnock, wow, a number of names I couldn’t recall... offset by a a few which rekindled fond memories...
  2. Luckily a lot of us were there and in years to come we can always claim that was the case, however for every one of the 10,000 there was in the ground, let’s recognise there probably was a similar number, whatever the reason, at home who shouted at the tv screaming the boys over the line! What a night... Looking forward to a stress free watch on Friday night, looks like we’re having a party, with inflatables at the ready. Let’s enjoy, KTID... Can’t wait until start of next season, how many sleeps?

As for Blair being the scoring hero ?? Despite shot comings will forever go down in Kille folklore ....

    CHAMPIONS

Wow, left that one late, what a way to win the league, difference between 1st and 2nd half who saw that coming...
  5. Sitting in the car park, long drive ahead, cup final next week, we go again! Backing for the team brilliant... Keep the faith... KTID
  6. Stopped for fuel, 5 hr round trip, brilliant performance/result, crisps and sausage roll... Carlsberg night.... KTID
  7. What is the point of signing players on loan merely to warm the bench? I can understand bringing in a player on loan who has the X factor which positively impacts and improves the team or provides cover for a long term injury. Whilst on the subject, the number of loan signings allowed is ridiculous, in my opinion it should be capped at 3. With the exception of Hemming how many of our current loan players improve the team and are of starting Xl quality? Today’s lineup probably answers that question. Here’s hoping the parent clubs are paying the wages. Much rather we filled our bench with our own youth players.
  8. Must not lose game for Partick tonight, will be interesting to see how it plays out... Draw would be a decent result for us.
  9. Hurts like hell tonight, but I’m sure there will be plenty of twists and turns before the season ends! At least the fans turned up tonight...
  10. Poor performance, poor pitch albeit same for both teams, a game which we may have lost a couple of weeks ago. No doubt Shaw should have taken one for the team, but so could 1 or 2 others, credit to the Thistle boy though, some hit. Can only hope that that issues with midfield can be addressed during the coming week. In need of a Shinnie type enforcer!
  11. Most enjoyable watch, Happy New Year!
  12. Scott Brown, proven leader with a nasty streak who can also play a bit, player manager material?
  13. Purchases collect only, example being Polo Shirt which is available for collection only, happy to pay £5 delivery cost, does anyone know when delivery service resumes? Apologies in advance if this has been addressed previously. Just want to spend my money.
  14. Strikes me as the kind of guy who will take time to review his options including listening to what TW has to say / offer before committing to whoever. Just hope that TW works his magic!
  15. Desperate times, desperate measures. Despite the alleged baggage, KL proven in this league! Don’t think there will be many better available alternatives at this particular stage in the season.
  16. Absolutely brilliant, not getting carried away, a happy man tonight. Pictures at the end said everything, pleased to see an ex Killie man getting in on the act ? Cuddles all round ?
  17. Forum has made for some interesting reading, good and bad, now more than ever, putting valid reservations from a performance perspective aside, we get behind the management and the players. Here’s to a win tomorrow and a positive end to the year, we can kick on thereafter. As previously mentioned, derived from what is a massive unquantifiable negative, the club (management, players & supporters) now more than ever must stand together and demonstrate to the wider world that the actions of one person(s) are not representative of what is and will always be a welcoming family club with absolutely no racist faction.
  18. Disappointing but not a surprising result given current form and management. Merry Christmas everyone, stay safe and healthy!
  19. Passing dynamic is 5 yards forwards, followed by 5 yards central and or 10 yards backwards followed by 30 yard punt to no one and loss of possession and repeat! Awful watch....
  20. Goal difference might be all that stands between survival and relegation!
  21. In my opinion only changes to that starting 11 would be: Eastwood Broadfoot opposed to Findlay Power opposed to Tish (assuming not suspended) Whitehall opposed to Kiltie. Would like to see a couple of the U18’s given a run out at some point.
  22. 5 hour round trip, frustrated to say the least, that said If offered a draw at half time would have taken it as I couldn't see how we were going to score. Pitch continues to deteriorate (in my opinion), the boys look totally uncomfortable playing on it, opposition appear to treat it as they hate it but if they win it is only possibly once a season they have to play on it. Can't understand how slow the surface is, especially when comparing it with the pitch Scotland recently played on in Luthiania which appeared really slick. As for the 'the miss'???? Rossco a season defining game!
  23. Watched the game with my Aberdeen supporting mate in the Dick Donald Stand (his turn to select seating), Dons supporters crapped themselves every time JJ got posession, if only he had a final ball! Greer strolled the game and was easily man of the match. Erwin came onto a game and given time will be a success. Interestingly Dons supporters were positively commenting on how young a team Killie had out and negatively from an Aberdeen perspective how they struggled to break them down. Guess plaudits to the youngsters for their efforts and the management team in organising them! Opening 20 mins was a tough watch though.
