  1. They should be given a right good telling off
  2. Lacklustre performance, didn’t seem at the races, our biggest threats are out wide so need those boys on their game and balls played out to them. Another goal lost though the middle. Their keeper noticed it as a weakness second half and was shelling balls in there, if opposition notices it’s a weakness then we need to act on it. Two weeks in a row. We go again….
  3. Absolutely tremendous signing. Well done to the board and management for making this happen. The attacking options we have now are exceptional.
  4. It’ll just be a small development fee mate, we’re not really in a position to negotiate much.
  5. Feels like a defeat, we were up against it when we went to 10 men, very very harsh decision, we then took the attacking options off to hold it, lost a goal and never had the personnel to get a winner. Vassell fluffing yet another 1 on 1, zero composure and you don’t even fancy him in those positions. Free kick at the end was a huge chance wasted, need to hit the target with that.
  6. He’s been a great signing, and played a much bigger part than I expected.
  7. Can you try before you buy?
  8. Have I missed something or is Beale not still the Rangers manager?
  9. Neither, just booking flights to Germany with enough time to catch trains or flights to wherever the matches are.
  10. No the guys a seriously good player, not just based on the Hibs performance, but you are correct in that he may not show it his full time up here
  11. I think if you offer them a contract on equal or higher terms then compensation is due if they reject it. This would apply to his move to Airdrie though and not subsequent moves. Rangers offered Ure a contract that he turned down so they are due compensation which could leave him frozen out. Old Firm are notorious for offering players contracts that will never play with the first team so they are guaranteed money for them.
  12. Only one bookies i saw it, and its 1/3
  13. Mother Teresa is though, I'll never forget the day at Hibs when she came on the 20/20 bus, what a woman!
  14. Yep, thats where I am! I didn't see it being turned around. In past when our lot have caused it about Johnston, Dyer etc and folk disagreed then after a while its been correct. With this I need to agree, got it wrong and misjudged it. We've been incredible last 3 games, unbelievable actually, absolutely zero I can fault, and could not be happier. Absolutely superb! Also made an impulsive opinion on Robbie Diaz, whos been superb.
  15. I don't think the travelling will tire them out, but they will be in for a really tough game tomorrow night and it will likely take a lot out of them. I think Sunday is a good time for us to play them, european hangover etc
  16. It really is quite tragic, you could play excuses bingo any time we get a result against them, and listening to Beales interview and with their punters, they ticked them off easily and even made some new ones: - the pitch - too many new signings - the pitch - Kilmarnock had more competitive games - the pitch - Kilmarnock sat in defensively - the pitch - Kilmarnock raise their game against us. Can't believe they had made it sound like we had an advantage by playing Albion Rovers away whilst they had matches against Newcastle, Hoffenheim, Olympiakos and Hamburg. Some of which matches will boost their coffers, which in turn allow they to have £12m worth of strikers on the pitch at some point on Saturday. A real lack of self-awareness, as usual and absolutely zero willingness to accept we were the better team and were more up for it.
  17. A lot more green votes than number of posters who held that opinion last week, i suppose its easy to lurk and not post giving opinions. Ive said on another thread that I we were faultless yesterday, a performance I didnt think we were capable of and I hope it continues. I am absolutely delighted to have that thrown back at me for that win yesterday, I hope we can continue that level of performance. Its a long season but if we do then we should do well. Looking forward to Tynecastle on Sunday.
  18. Hearts have a hard game away to Rosenborg on Thurs night, it's a good time to play them
  19. Starting to feel a lot more optimistic now as well, really didn't see it coming but yesterday was a phenomenal performance and absolutely delighted to be proven wrong yesterday anyway. Still a long long way to go but they were faultless yesterday, watching the highlights of the other games, and if we can maintain that level of performance we could be in for a good season. A lot may hinge on injuries, if we can keep Magennis and Vassell fit and add another option up there it could be critical to our season.
