    The Captain

Read what the St Mirren manager said about the second half yesterday about being bullied by our front two. The advantage that gives psychologically is huge. I hate it when it happens to us - not that I can think of a recent example. Plus the big man signed autographs and gave my boys a few minutes of his time in a very natural and happy way.
  2. Brilliant. Every one of them. The second half was a skelping.
  3. Big Innes. But having just watched that moving tribute maybe todays MoTM was Dylan.
  4. The Huns I know are skeptical of Beale. Keep it tight, play conservatively and let the pressure ramp up on them as the game develops. 0-0 would do me.
  5. 1997 against every club in the premier cup competition is still my best Killie memory. 2012 was brilliant. A good third. But Friday night. I’ll never forget that. So special. My number #2 Killie memory, but not by much.

    CHAMPIONS

I’m shattered. In a good way Obviously but drained, exhausted, over the moon. What. A. Night. Thank you Kilmarnock. I love you.
  7. The double relegation is not out of the question
  8. Stylistically, people are who they are. I find it difficult to criticize or get too wound up by it. But could they be a little more pro-Killie? I've had the misfortune of listening to other club channels and they are rabidly pro their own team. I feel our guys try to be too balanced - and to hell with that approach.
  9. Well done Billy, show's again he is willing to put good money into the club. We'll all still call it Rugby Park, while the clowns in the media will have to call it by it's proper name. No skin off my nose. Nice one.
  10. Welcome Harry. Good luck mate. Seems like it's been a while since we had someone called Harry
  11. I really feel disappointed in this. Totally feels like the players have let AA - and themselves - down. AA was a gentleman, a high risk appointment, but a thoroughly good guy with tremendous football experience. It feels like the players have been whining to James. OK, that's one of the reasons why he's there. In terms of timing, you'd hope there have been conversations between James and our preferred candidate which makes an announcement likely in the next couple of days.
  12. I stay away from the tv, papers, online after a bad Killie defeat as it's just too painful while some of the knee jerk stuff is unreadable. But this thread takes the cake. I dont know Bowie and I've never met him, in fact the only thing I really know about him is that he has put us on the most secure financial footing we've had in 15 odd years. I dont personally agree with his stance on having a plastic pitch and his hire of AA seemed high risk. But to say he needs to 'step up' is ludicrous.
  13. SSC had the approach of making us very hard to beat. This chap has done the exact same thing. Delighted.
