  1. Anyone know where I can find the dates for the post split fixtures?
  2. There’s only two Andy Gorams? Seen other supports claiming that but it was definitely us who sang it first from what I can recall.
  3. Acting hard? Settle petal. 😂 The difference here is that you clearly want involved with the trust or the club and you are going about it all the wrong way, whereas I don't give a flying fig what you think about me so there is no need for me to do anything other than tell it like I see it. The fact you can't see the difference kinda backs up what I'm saying. Have you heard of the phrase "you get more flies with honey than with vinegar"?
  4. You've made your views quite clear with your constant digs. It's a shame because if you didn't come across as such a dick you might have been able to do a job for the trust or the club. You should work on your people skills and you might find people more willing to engage.
  5. Fans don't believe board members when they start talking about the size of their budgets, and agents are a lot more clued up about what clubs have and don't have to spend than fans in general. Such a statement is not silly, it's a throwaway comment and taken too literally by those who should know better, but clearly don't when it suits them.
  6. I give up. Delusional. So hypothetically what if we heard about a Russian cartel who were interested in putting several million into the club now that they've been forced out elsewhere and see newly promoted Killie as a credible option? (ten, nine, eight, seven, six.......)
  7. I actually can't believe there are still fans peddling this garbage about American investment when the whole story was started on here in a post by a guy who outright stated that his American investment analogy was completely hypothetical. It is incredulous that the "story" has now gone round the houses and came back here as if there had been a genuine source at some point. Give yourselves a shake! There are no American investors.
  8. Scottish football loves a re-brand does it not? That's not the answer to everything, in fact it's barely the answer to anything. Can't get folk to sign up? Call it something new and change the identity again and they'll come flocking - yeah right. If they don't get it after 20 years (20 years, already?) then they are not going to get it if you change everything and start re-branding stuff.
  9. That's because he was a midfielder, utilised at centre half in times of need.
  10. Budget means nothing if players won't drop to our current level, who are these players you think we could have signed? I cant' say I'm a fan of the majority of our signing either.
  11. Maybe the best that was available to a lower division team like us at the moment? Better players sign for clubs higher up the food chain, our best chance is giving our youth players the chance to break through, there no one decent out there to sign that would come to us just now.
  12. I'm not happy that Tommy seems to keep picking the same underperforming players for league games when everyone and their granny can see the glaring deficiencies. Young McArthur played out his skin the other night and I'd have no fear throwing him in there if it improves the solidity of the team. That said, I live in fear of us sacking yet another manager who has only been with us short term, look at what happened to us the last time we sacked a manager who had us fifth in the premier division, be careful what you wish for or we'll become of of those clubs who can't get a decent coach in because we lose patience too early and no one wants to take a chance with us apart from the ones who keep finding themselves out of work. It's a vicious circle, but as pissed off as I am I think calling for the managers head every other week is only going to see us relegated again. Cue the "I've never liked Tommy" and "I said we should never have signed him" brigade getting on their high horses. We may not win the league this year, but getting relegated again would be worse.
  13. Utter pants. That's not a statement of fact just because you say its a statement of fact. I seem to remember a naughty list that ran for pages and pages with the mistakes that Michael Johnston made, many of them costing us big style. I'm not even going to start cataloguing them again because you are a complete fantasist.
  14. I don't know what she does above and beyond, I just said I read she does so fair play to her. My point about having someone on the board is that before we didn't and surely its better having someone in there than not? Due to board room confidentiality I guess we'll never know 100% what goes on but when I see some of the decisions that have been made I just wonder how much worse would it have been if no one was there at least offering some kind of advice and what would they get away with if no one was there to witness it? At the very least its prevents anything happening that shouldn't, which wasn't the case when Johnston was there, he just did whatever the hell he liked and no one knew so he answered to no one. I don't see how anyone has a problem with the money that fans put into the club through the trust. We are fans, we support the club, we put money into it, if we want to survive that's what we have to do, that's what all clubs do.
  15. You've no problem with that, but you'll start a thread to slaughter them for it anyway. Feel like a bit of twat now you realise that they were doing it for kids with autism?
  16. Reading all these posts about the trust getting short changed and what do the fans get out of it etc etc. Wasn't long ago we were wondering why the likes of St Mirren, Hearts and Motherwell were doing so well and their trusts getting loads of money in from fans. Take a wee look over at their forums and you'll see that's because the majority of their fans are happy to be paying into something that is ultimately benefiting their club and they are not making demands left right and centre about what's in it for them. It's not up to the trust to supply a CEO type or a football person to the board, its up to the bloody club to do that. The trust representative is just that, they represent the trust members and nothing more - although from what I've been reading it seems that cathy jamieson does a lot more besides what is required of her so fair play to her for that. The only person who should be running the club is someone who is being paid to do it professionally, not voted in or nominated by any fans group.
  17. See this is the attitude which I don't get. Apologies if its not meant to sound like such but it's looks to me almost like a 'got you now' boast. Why are we so eager and adamant to try and stick it to the club because they made a mistake while attempting to do what was best for the fans? It's not a competition, there are no winners here, there was a government enforced shut down and we're all victims and the only way we can get out of it is together.
  18. That's just not true though is it? At best its your opinion, but it has no basis in fact whatsoever. It's a fact that some of our fans demanded refunds for the games they missed last season never mind this one, which suggests you are completely wrong here in your assumption that we have done more than most. Many fans have gone above and beyond what is expected, but its a complete generalisation to claim that we've done more than most when quite clearly we have not. As for 'snidey' comments, surely those people are entitled to their opinion just as you are, without them being referred to as being 'snidey'?
  19. What's it to be then? 1 - The board are great guys for trying to look after our fans and give them the best deal possible to try and get to see games. 2 - The board are wanks and mismanaging the club by trying to look after the fans and give them the best deal possible to try and see games, so feck them, I want everything I can get back out of it and then I'll accuse them of mismanaging the club again if that financial burden forces us out of the transfer market or to shut the doors.

I'm confused. Surely this is an example that the board were contacting managers of worth and people that they though would do a good job rather than just sit back and look at CV's?
  21. A quick look on social media would show you that a Killie fan next to the fan shouting says is was "Hun bastards". I'd tend to believe him over the media. Edited to say that if there was anyone guilty of it then we should turf them out.
  22. Stock response when you can't think of a response. We'll end this here.
  23. At no point did I say I was happy about the current situation. But when it comes to finger pointing then I will be pointing it at those directly involved with what's going on and not a director who is doing all the things that you claim she isn't doing. The trust introduced the meetings with Cathy a few months back and have said they are making it a regular thing, that's exactly what you talked about wanting but instead of embracing that you want to talk about cliques and not acknowledge that you might have got it wrong.
