  1. Manchester United have been utter pish since Fergie left. The best thing he could do for the club is properly leave and let the club move on.
  2. "hoofball experts like Newcastle"? Seriously? Personally I'm not a fan of how stats driven football is being analysed these days. Expected goals? Points per game? Bore off with your division based nonsense. You can't score 0.76 goals or amass 1.58 points in a game.
  3. Well deserved and pleasing to see. We're not the finished article, and probably never will be considering our high turnaround in players, but it'd be decent to have a couple of seasons of stability in the top half of the table.
  4. I don't think our away form has anything to do with any surface to be honest. We seem to be either solid at home and mince away, or vice versa. Or just mince sometimes.
  5. A bad day at someone else's office. Really poor opening 10 minutes, but pulling a goal back suggests resilience.
  6. He'd have been my MOTM on here if it wasn't for Vassell. I wouldn't drop him myself.
  7. Getting your whinge in early I see. Barring injuries I'd keep the same starting XI as Sunday. Possibly starting Ndaba rather than Kennedy who I'd bring on if, we're needing something different?
  8. The league is, as ever (generally) incredibly tight at this stage. I'm thankful we've won two on the bounce, we've played good football in both those games and are sitting at the right end of the table.
  9. Seriously? Are you new at Scottish fitba?
  10. We didn't need to create any more chances. They were done.
  11. What, when they still did f*ck all? They were as useless as we were excellent all game. There was nothing wrong about the last 15 minutes, they had a few goes at us but nothing of note, the game was done.
  12. He's been criticised on here for not managing the game in the past, what's he meant to do? Aberdeen have posed as much threat as a toothless geriatric.
  13. Deserved that for all our pressure. Never easy 1 on 1, lovely compusure.
  14. I like Kennedy a lot. Felt he left way too early, but fair dos. Now that he's back he seems to add a bit of a creative spark which is pleasing to see.
  15. Played well in that first half, few good chances but didn't panic and deserve the lead. Surprised to see them take off McKenzie at half time.
  16. It seems to be either injuries or aesthetics. Or the way the ball bounces. We've got it for another season at least. Nowt we can do about.
  17. I've never been a fan of the pitch chat, it's an absolute irrelevance. Players can pick up an injury on any kind of surface. My only criticism is that we didn't put the crest in the centre circle.
  18. Lucky enough to meet him a few years ago when I worked for a local radio station doing a wee promo piece for his autobiography. Lovely fella.
  19. I could just about accept an offside, though Simon wasn't exactly complaining he was being impeded. Just stood there knowing he'd been done.
  20. Great goal TBF, but should be an equaliser.
  21. Belter of a goal, nowt wrong with anything in the build up. VAR is an absolute joke sometimes.
  22. Oh, and that wee early through ball.
  23. The chance off the post was the only luck we've ridden. They've done nowt.
  24. Not really. They've had a couple of chances but really not threatened. No surprise for them to have all the possession, but we knew that would happen. The only thing giving me any cause for concern is the ref. A result would be a bonus, I'd take a draw, but whatever happens it's lovely to be in the position where this really doesn't matter.
