Danny Rogers

excellent, not as excellent as Bachmann would have been but that was beyond our control.

excellent to see that we've not been caught short and that plans were clearly in place in the event of what did happen, happening

Glad it’s finally confirmed , he has been training with the squad for couple weeks now and played in the preseason games , so has got used to how we play ....hopefully will prove to be a good addition and compete for the first choice spot.....if or when we can add another keeper

Gives us time to look for an experienced goalkeeper on loan and we can see if Rogers is good enough to be our main keeper in the meantime.

Be interesting to see if the Bachman scenario, assuming potential deal is definitely off, will affect the management team thoughts on Rogers. If he performs well in the opening games could he be considered the number one and a back up to him is then what is being sought?

Really don’t know anything about him never really a first choice 20 games last season for Morton though , any feed back from that lot as to how he faired

They seemed to be desperate to get him back from what I seen on twitter. I had checked when we first got him on trial.

He had a really good spell with Falkirk the year we beat them in the playoffs. Performed well in a strong championship. Things stalled a bit when he returned to Aberdeen following that loan spell.

Also saw he had been Irish under 21 so hopefully he can grab the chance particularly for our sake I still have nightmares over the two bomb scares from last season

Decent signing. Hopefully fans don't pile on him at the first chance because he isn't Bachmann

Don't read the killie Twitter responses, some of our support is absolutely pathetic, giving him s**te on the day he signs when you know fine well he's likely seeing them.

To be fair it's the usual suspects, most fans have welcomed him.

Just had a quick look. The majority of negativity seems to have come from a few St Mirren fans.

Fair few killie fans too though, Morton fans also think he was great for them last season. Similar to bachmann probably one the best goalkeepers in my life at killie who genuinely looked life an EPL keeper but Watford fans would probably tell you he's utter s**te
