Thebigguy68
The dicker, tish, power triangle is the strength of our team. I wouldn’t swap this with anything outwith the old filth. Our problem has not been that you cant play exciting, expansive football with these guys in the team - we have done in the past. It’s just that we don’t currently have the same strength/goal threat as we had in the past (Jones, Stewart, boyd). I remember the night in 2018 when we battered st Johnstone at rugby park (2 nil going on 10). All three plAyed that night but jj, boyd and Erwin started too. Burkey form as good as anything under scc. But we need 2 others to help him out. Kiltie not the answer for me. It could be kabamba and brophy. Hopefully Whitehall takes his chance. I don’t think dropping one of the midfield 3 is the answer. It’s improving the Front 3.
KTID96
Had a dream last night that we won this one 5-4. Wild. Cue a 1-0 defeat.
Wrangodog
So, do we water the pitch this time ?
Souleycouley93
Findlay Power Burke Kabamba pretty much pick themselves. Last few years we have had 7/8 who are certainties. Brophy if firing would be one. Dicker and Tish arguably aswell. Although 442 is Dyers stock formation until now. Dicker is better at sweeping up and alongside Power has been really successful. I’d leave Tish out and bring Brophy in if fit.

skygod
Looking forward to watching the match, but hoping AD will be more attacking in his selection. If the defence needs extra protection at home to St Johnstone then they aren't good enough. Dicker's had two matches in four days since his op so give him a rest. If Brophy is available, let him loose. Haunstrup must be pushing Pinnock for a place. Either that or give him a shot at LB and leave Waters out, although he's done nothing wrong. Depending on how the game goes, give Dikamona and/or Whitehall a run out. Whatever, use subs! Edited August 14, 2020 by skygod

Killie61
What I’d like to see (Not that anyone has done anything wrong)but doubt it will happen Rogers Millen. Dikamona. Findlay. Haunstrup Dicker Power. Tishbola Burke Pinnock Kabamba subs Doyle broadfoot watters mcgowan Kiltie brophy whitehall elmakrini Taylor
KillieDIV
Can't believe so many people are suggesting Power and Tish as a midfield 2. As was shown in the Hibs game they both chase the ball too often and get caught out without someone in there with them. If we're going 4-4-2 then we need Dicker in there with one or the other of them IMO, playing them both makes it far too easy to play through us.

The can chose whether to attend. football outside so can’t see the reason why individuals can’t decide whether to attend or not. Indoor locations like Bingo Halls, Cinemas, theatres, churches, swimming pools, restaurants and pubs are just so risky that everyone attending has to be vigilant in adhering to distancing and identification rules. Little evidence to show that is currently happening and the result will be what we are seeing, a revival of the virus. Close all these locations individually if they are cutting corners on adherence for 1 month during which time they will re-adjust to what is required. Football grounds are outside locations but with entrance and exit arrangements, unlike those at Rugby Park, mainly along internal corridors, the risks are self evident. If we could parachute fans into their seats, it could be safe from cross infections, but until a vaccine is found, football will have to be viewed via modern media channels. Economic pressures to open locations and save employment, mental health and general well being levels, are all recognised but we must wipe out the virus before it tries to succeed in doing that to us.

KillkieBoab
I would like to see us return to 4-4-2 as follows:- Rogers Millen Broadfoot Findlay Waters Burke Dicker Tshibola Power Kabamba Brophy/Kiltie -
heynow2005
Tish was one of our best players the 2 games ive seen. Nonsense to drop him...should be dicker to drop out. Id like to see Haunstrup start as well. Brophy to come in if fit

You could make this work by not having a left mid. When we had Mulumbu first time. We didnt have a right mid some games. It was Dicker Mulumbu Power and Jones in the midfield with Brophy upfront with Boyd. It could work but he'll need to have the tactics on the nose
Pride_of_ayrshire
We could attempt to play a 4-3-1-2 Burke in the free role. With a trio of CMs For example Rodgers Millen Broadfoot Findlay Haunstrup Power Dicker Tshibola Burke Kabamba Brophy(Kiltie) Edited August 14, 2020 by Pride_of_ayrshire

Secret Squirrel
Rogers Dikamona Findlay Millen Haunstrup Power Tishbola Burke Pinnock Kabamba Whitehall Feel that we need to have two up top to try give Kabamba more support and stretch the defence to create some space for our wingers to work with. Would try and see what a Findlay & Dikamona partnership looks like, might help us stop losing early goals.
