Charlies PaPa
Midfield of M. Smith, Frizzell and Longstaff could be overrun. Lets hope Steve Smith is fit to give it some bite.
Culley159
I'd put Frizz in the middle and Roberts on the right. Not convinced with Smith, either of them.
zinger
I agree with Gary's set up as long as Stevie Smith is unavailable through injury, but if fit I would prefer him to his namesake Martin. Jamie needs to get back in goal as he is more authoritative in pressure situations than the Newcastle lad and we can't afford any more chaotic misunderstandings like we saw against Aberdeen. The two goalies are good shot stoppers but neither fill me with confidence in commanding the penalty area at cross ball situations. If Jones and the Fish can work their socks off defending wide areas as well as pushing forward, we may get a bonus with Frizzel creating chances for Boydy up front but MacKenzie and Dicker are likely to be missed in the midfield area as they have both played well in recent games. If Longstaff gives us 90 minutes energetic running, we may get through this match but I would take a draw now to be honest.
